I would like to start this review by thanking each and every one of the Grand Paladium staff members who made this such a beautful holiday for me and my wife. From the Spa, Restaurants, sport facilities, B...ars, pool staff, cleaners. Each and every one of you were incredible. Thank you. We stayed for 2 weeks in Villa 46. April 15-29th. The rooms in Kentenah were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a resort. The details from the black out blinds, shower, massive bed and HBO channels and always topped up minibar didn’t go unappreciated. Super room. As a food lover the buffets never disappointed. The range was seriously impressive. Each AI I’ve been to always neglected Mexican not here. Always tacos and mex snacks available at each breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. We loved the Brazilian, Mexican, American steakhouse, Poseidon al le cartes. Impeccable service and food was a solid 4/5. We eat out in good restaurants usually and were far from disappointed. The booking system is frustrating. I won’t deny it but we are laid back guests. We got what we wanted with a bit of patience. The facilities in this resort sets it apart from others we have been to in the riviera maya. Grounds, facilities, fixtures and furniture’s. All beautiful, clean and functional. The pools are awesome. The bar service is awesome. The bartenders are just chill and hard working. We used the photographers and SPA
