Wonderful as always. Mario Alaverez at Maria Patorna was great. Asked him to surprise us with the menu and he surpassed our expectations. All the people working there are super friendly and helpfull. Great... property. Close to 5th Avenue but you have everything needed at resort

Great resort we've been staying in Cancun for several years and decided to Venture down to Playa, What a wise decision and definitely worth the extra drive time. So much more to offer like close shopping,a...ccess to Cozumel, and so many other activities. I would like to give a big shout out to the staff at Spice. Thank you: Lenin Escolodeo, Javier Pool, Antonio Cohuo, and Lucas Tamayo. All the staff members were very outstanding. ??????????

We had an amazing experience at Hilton PDC! The staff, food, rooms, drinks, entertainment, ocean, and excursions were excellent. We used MTS for transport from the airport to the resort. Check In was ea...sy; you receive a wristband upon arrival and they actually checked it if you cover it up. Our favorite restaurants were Asiana and Pelicanos. The drinks were strong. No kids anywhere but the beach. There is lots to do within walking distance and we felt safe all day and night. We bought the all day excursion to Chichen Itza, which included lunch and a cenote swim. We loved it and learned about the Mayan civilization. This was a wonderful six-day trip and we will be back to do some of the things we missed like Tulum, Isla Mujares, Cozumel, and a cenote with a rope swing. Notes: The sun is very powerful here. Bring a hat and swim shirts. Bring lots of ones and fives for tipping. The ATM charges around 15% fees so be prepared. There was no issue with seaweed in April. You will have a blast.

My wife has already written a review of the awesome service . Being a retired executive Chef of 30 years and a former Hilton resort executive Chef I wanted to mention my Cullinary experience . My expectati...ons were Met! . Breakfast was exceptional and far beyond Hilton standards . All food was flavorful , properly seasoned ,and executed. Special thanks to Executive Sous Chef Atoro for preparing a special appetizer on 2 occasions for Us and personally Touching our table. I know how demanding it is to be in His position , so taking time out of His day to make our stay special was above and beyond and it made our stay memorable.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Playa del Carmen! There were 6 of us together on vacation. The location is perfect—right at the end of a lively street filled with shopping, music, parties, and some tr...uly authentic restaurants. The beach is stunning and just steps away, which made it easy to go from relaxing on the sand to exploring the town. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped, and there was never a dull moment with all the daily activities and nightly entertainment. The gym was clean and well-equipped, and the spa was absolutely top-notch—highly recommend treating yourself to a session there! What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, but we have to give a special shoutout to Francisco Chable, one of the bartenders. He was so kind, funny, and genuinely made us feel like old friends. We looked forward to seeing him every day! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with great service and a beautiful setting.
