It’s worth it!!!

The resort is beautifully constructed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was really good too. I have stayed at many resorts, but this is the only place where room service was consistently de...livered in less than 30 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Delicious food, cold air, comfortable and quiet even though they are partying their asses off outside

Sarah D on May 07, 2025

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The pillows were soft and the air conditioner kicked ass. The food was the best at Asiana. Francisco and Marco came by the table multiple times to check on us.... The other restaurants on the resort were good, but Asiana left us feeling full and happy, but not bloated and over stuffed. Alfonso was our waiter multiple nights and he was awesome. Come try this place out, it's great!

Excellent vacation all adult resort

Nicole R (sacramento, United States) on May 07, 2025

Professional accommodating staff, excellent location in the heart of downtown , great evening entertainment, lots of meal choices. Would definitely recommend this adults only resort. The beach beds were w...orth the extra expense. The coffee shop on property was a bonus.

Average resort

This was our first resort trip since we had points and a voucher to get 4 nights free, we always have cruised. Overall it was good, the beach was rocky and not very nice so we hung out in the pool most of ...the day. The food was good, we did eat off site twice to change it up. The room was very nice and it was nice to have more space verse a cruise cabin. We had a basic suite and a balcony overlooking the quiet pool. There is little to no entertainment unless you want to see some cheesy show in the lobby (that's not Air conditioned). I very much prefer cruising for the activities and entertainment, but this was a nice relaxing trip. The drinks are made with low self liquor... definitely dont taste the same compared to drinks at home. But they will still get you drunk if you drink enough! They push you to go to a "welcome party" which is a sales pitch for their timeshare. Dont fall for it, we didn't but they kept calling our room asking when we were going to get our $200 resort credit. We did not charge anything to the room, we bought a bottle of Patron duty free in the airport and got a couples massage a block away for $70!! (Magic Hands Spa is amazing) It is 1 hour van ride from Cancun airport, next time I think I'd stay somewhere closer to the airport for that convenance. We had fun but 4 nights was plenty, we were ready to be home after 3 nights.

Wonderful every time

Annasticia S (Dallas, Texas) on May 06, 2025

This was our 4th or 5th trip to this resort, and it's been fantastic every time! Great food, great service. We especially appreciated Max and Gerardo at Pelicanos, Polux for cabana scheduling, our waiters... Victor and Sergio at Spice, Angelica and Flora at the spa, and our cabana server Erick. They all provided excellent service and made for an excellent trip. If I could make one suggestion, it works just be to work on the acoustics for the shows in the lobby. I love watching the dancers and aerialists and singers each night, but the music gets too tinny. It'd be great if you could improve on that.
