Fabulous resort, and the food is varied. Usual wariness of seafood that may have been standing is required. Bug spray for outside restaurants is recommended. Be specific about mixed drinks and they will be... good, otherwise they can be mediocre.

Be careful about the travel club sales pitch it's a hard sell and took far too long to get to the point

We Had a wonderful dinner at Dalia’s in the Grand Palladium in Cancun Mexico Our waiter, Reginaldo, took very good care of us. Thank you Reginaldo for the wonderful service, we enjoyed it so much. Best... experience of the entire week of our vacation.

Abner was wonderful! He had funny jokes and great service. He was kind and attentive and tried to understand our emotions despite the language barrier. He was a huge asset to why we enjoyed our meals here.... Give that man a raise! We wish him all the best!

Family of 4 with 11 and 16 yr old kids. The resort was very clean and well maintained. Stayed in a beachside suite and the room was a great setup. Honestly, the resort itself is everything you could want: ...location, views, pools, nature, activities etc. If you are a true “goody” all inclusive resorts will never achieve your expectation. I would t wast time with reservations every night, maybe pick 1 or 2 places. Beach is beautiful, but only a small area is truly swimmable due to rocks. BAR PERLA - Emmanuel and Luis were fantastic! Very friendly and accommodating. The drinks he made were delicious and they wanted to make sure our trip was memorable. EMMANUEL AND LUIS = 5 out of 5!!! We would come back. It’s just a nice relaxing time on the Caribbean shores of Mexico.
