8th visit to Riviera Maya and 1st time staying at Paladium White Sands. It was Ok overall , we had a couple of service issues in the restaurants but generally it was OK. ...

Overall a wonderful resort and a great holiday. The little things appear to be the most difficult. 4 days to get the same number of pillows as people in the room, the right number of guests for the restaur...ant bookings, a restocked beer fridge, decorations for our friends birthdays. First world problems to be sure, but then again, what you paid for.

La Paisana was lovely with Celso looking after us. Lots of meat which was great. The extra bread that was unexpected was delicious. Great food and a nice Argentinian atmosphere. We would return if we come ...back to Mexico. The resort itself is fantastic we stayed in Colonial which is great to visit all the a la carte restaurants.

Ernesto and his team at PTC Members Lounge beach club were AMAZING!!!!! Food and drinks were great and never ending and FAST!!! Service and smiles and support to enjoy vacay were unsurpassed!!!! We will b...e returning again for sure — I can’t say enough good!!!

My husband and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was incredible and the activities in the evening were so much fun. Such a great ...time and incredible resort to stay at.
