Very dated and poorly maintained property. The bars only offer 2 beers, and both are bad. They try to upsell you at check-in and at the restaurants. Housekeeping did not sweep our room in the entire wee...k we were there. All the linens were stained and of low quality. We paid good money for an upgraded suite and it was a mess. Broken tiles, soap dish falling off the wall, ripped upholstery etc

Great hotel, lovely staff, beautiful rooms and a lot of things to see if you love nature and archeology!

Guadalupe took care of us everyday! Always making sure we had drinks and having a good time. Highly recommend her to make sure you receive your drink orders promptly and without having to leave our sea...ts! Enthusiasm to wait on our group really made our trip.

Excellent stay . We are palladium club members and as such have access to the spa which has a wonderful large warm pool as well as a water circuit saunas and cold pools . Very beautiful spa . Beach area wa...s great seaweed not a problem water warm lifeguards lunch snack area and full service bar . Plenty of shaded chairs . All personnel were kind and engaging throughout our stay kudos to Palladium as staff seemed happy to be working at . this resort very large resort walkable by path but very frequent electric tram service very helpful . Other pools are a little cooler I would recommend beach and spa but plenty of guests were using the many pools . . Food good my favorite was Thai restaurant . Buffet lots of choices including salads and smoothies etc -

This was the worst stay I have ever had. At check in we were told they didn’t have the room we booked. Then the room they put us in had a bathroom that did not function. We didn’t get into another room (a ...downgrade) until 1am. The next morning we were moved to the room that we originally booked because all of a sudden they had one. One of the transportation carts had a heavy bench that fell off and onto one of our toes which caused it to swell and the staff had to give ice. The towels were taken out of our room and not replaced on our third day. We were there for a wedding and after the reception we couldn’t get into our room to change for the next events because our wristbands stopped working. This was late at night, super dark and we had to walk to the front without any transportation due to being checked out early. The whole experience was miserable.
