On our last day of a week at Barcelo Maya Palace. Our 3rd visit here and it continues to amaze and never disappoints! Beautiful scenery, excellent beach and ocean. Huge pool with super fun entertainment everyday. Tequila Collins cocktails were awesome and they make a fantastic Mojito too! Food was great! Lots of variety in the buffets. Our favourite was the Coral Grill. When you’re there, keep an eye out for Carlos Yah. He is an excellent server and really helped make our trip memorable! All in all a perfect vacation! Can’t wait to come back for #4! ??

We love this hotel and this is the fourth time Today December 19th we want to highlight Hermenegildo who served our drinks at the bar by the Maya Mall And all personnel go above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience The beach is amazing!

We stayed at the Caribe side and happy we were close to everything, the resorts have a true Mexican vibe which we loved. Our kids loved the arcade, shopping, waterpark and go-karts. The beach was amazing. You will not be bored here, even if its raining you can find something to do! I highly recommend this hotel to a family looking for an amazing week away. Food was good, we always found something to eat. Well maintained property and very clean!!

Buffet Mirador for lunch - epic service by Mauricio Gomez and Karla Martinez. They took care of us like we were family - attending to our every need. We appreciate the attentiveness and how they ensured that we always had water and other beverages.

We had the best service at the adult pool. I would like to recognize Mayra Poot and also Antonio Lopez. This drink server and bartender worked very hard all day long. They have a strong work ethic and were also very very personable. Enjoyed our time at the pool.
