Hotel Xcaret México is, without a doubt, one of the most unique and unforgettable resorts I’ve ever visited. The best part of my stay was the All-Fun Inclusive concept, which gave us unlimited access to al...l the Grupo Xcaret parks and tours. Each day felt like a new adventure—whether it was snorkeling in underground rivers, zip-lining through lush forests, or experiencing traditional Mexican shows, there was always something exciting to do. The rooms were beautifully designed with a strong connection to nature. Our suite had a river view, a hammock on the balcony, and eco-luxury touches that made the stay both comfortable and peaceful. Housekeeping was prompt, and the room was always spotless. The service overall was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always delivered with a smile. Dining was another highlight. From the Michelin-starred “HA’” to the international buffets and beachfront restaurants, every meal was a treat. The resort also offers beautiful pools, a relaxing spa, and plenty of hidden spots to unwind. The only improvement I’d suggest is better signage around the property, as it’s quite large and easy to get turned around. But overall, Hotel Xcaret México is a paradise worth every penny—a must-visit for anyone traveling to Riviera Maya.

Our experience at Fuego Hotel at the Xcaret Mexico was top box. We very much enjoyed having the personalized attention from our butlers Carolina Gonzalez, Mauricio Cupul, and Rebeca Arvizu. They were able ...to adjust errors in our daily itinerary that took place upon arrival. We enjoyed many on site activities and restaurants. If you’re going, and you will be there on a Sunday I highly recommend you make reservations for their special Brunch in las Cuevas. It was amazing.

This was the best vacation of our lives. From the moment you arrive you feel transported to another world. The attention to detail in this resort is breathtaking. We stayed in Casa Fuego which was incred...ible. We loved the privacy and serenity that the river view side of Fuego offered—and we got to see and hear the ocean from our balcony. The sunrises from there was breathtaking. Every meal at Fuego was amazing (French toast was the best of our lives) and the service was so friendly. The butler service was amazing, it was like having on-call experts who could make anything happen. They also decorated our room and left a surprise cake out for us after hearing we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were so touched and it made an unforgettable memory! The parks made for an incredible extension of the resort. We came away with so many incredible memories from our visit. The Xenotes excursion and Xenses park are truly unlike anything we have ever experienced!

This was definitely the best vacation we have ever had!! The place was amazing..room- amazing, food-amazing, friendliness-amazing, and our butlers were the most amazing!! They were there any time we need... them and did absolutely everything we asked. Thank you!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Saul the server was amazing! He was very personable and gave us the best experience ever! He was very informative and gave the best recommendations! Would definitely come back to have the experience again ...after being served by Saul, he made our night !
