Giselle was awesome with our 2 kids and their acivities! Highly recommend to everyone! We went on a week long vacation and we all had an absolute blast! The food was great, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and having a great time!

The stay in the Hotel was great, great room and pools, good food, very nice people. A special mention to Celeste, in animation, she was really fun and nice. Also to Marco in the pool bar in el beso, also really nice and very good drinks. It’s the perfect place for a Mexican vacation

Susana was an excellent at what she did during her presentation with the foam party at the kids park. My kids really enjoyed the fun time with the guest a the host. Would recommend everyone to go a visit the foam party when they have it. Everyone from the kids club is great an take good care of the kiddos

Mirellle at the kids club was amazing. Her face painting was incredible!! She was great with my son, Took time with him, made him feel comfortable. Highly recommend the face painting and kids club staff. Resort in all is amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Susanna at the face paint table did an amazing job painting my daughters face like a cheetah, made my daughters night!!! She was polite and her services was spot on! She also did my fiends daughter face paint and it makes their night! Thank you
