Amazing value!

Thom M on Nov 07, 2024

I had the pleasure of staying in a suite at this lovely hotel. The room was very clean, comfortably decorated, and felt like I was staying at a friend's home instead of a hotel. Stalff was also terrific including Sinna who made sure our every need was satisfied. This is a wonderful luxury hotel. Highly recommend!

The best hospitality staff interaction I have ever had

Zoë C on Nov 07, 2024

I love to stay at this hotel when I need to spend the night in Seattle and not go back to the northern suburbs. The rooms are well kept and the service is great. On November 5th I had a hotel suite for me and friends, throwing a low-key party to avoid paying attention to the election. The experience was great and the space was stunning. In particular, I'd like to make a shout out to Sinna, who helped me check in at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and kind and made me feel truly welcome -- it was authentic and not perfunctory. As a visibly transgender woman, I am not always treated so warmly. There wasn't anyone in line behind me, and we actually chatted for about ten minutes and had a great conversation. I asked if I could tip her, and she insistently declined twice. Instead she ask that if I wanted to do her a kindness that writing this review on Trip Advisor would be helpful to her. So, thank you again Sinna. You were a joy to interact with! As a binational person and someone who has lived overseas in two different countries, I've stayed in a lot of hotels -- from bargain motels to the Four Seasons in both Maui and Tokyo. Never have I before had such a positive interaction. I hope you are recognized for your beautiful personality and your stellar work in the hospitality industry.
