Great service, very good room, do not like add-on fee

Room was quite comfy. It could have used one more chair and those could be a bit softer, but that is a personal preference. I would rate the room itself as 4.5. The staff were excellent. The room was clean and the essentials were well stocked. The breakfast sandwich was wonderful - my wife said it was the best. I despise the mandatory service fee. Just put all those added fees in the room price - but this obnoxious practice seems to be an area or industry thing, so I won't dock the hotel for it.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Better than most 5 star. The service is excellent, staff friendly and helpful-all of them. Great bar, great location and great rooms! Although we were upgraded because we had our dog with us , so I don’t know what a standard room is like. VERY pet friendly. They have a “VIP BOARD”listing all pets staying and provide bowls, treats, toys etc. This is our new go-to hotel for Seattle.
