I was here for corporate event. Beautiful space. Seeing the sunrise in the morning over the water was such a lovely experience and made the yoga class on the fourteenth floor event room that much more magical. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Great experience staying here. I served as a keynote speaker for a conference here and everyone was amazing! Great team, great staff, great service. They exceeded the expectations in every way from the little things like room service, responsiveness, and when it was time to leave the bell service was the fastest I have ever experienced. Everyone is on their A game!
Outstanding hotel

Lovely, clean hotel with excellent food. The on-site seafood restaurant (Oyster Catchers) is a must visit. Rooms are large with plenty of storage space. There is also an excellent shop in the foyer. Unfortunately, the hotel pools and boardwalk suffered a lot of damage from hurricane Helene and this is likely to take some time to repair. The hotel is very close to Tampa airport. We would certainly return.

If there is one review you listen to let it be this one, I am a Hyatt member and fan, I’ve booked many times with Hyatt in the U.S. and even Japan’s Park Hyatt Kyoto, and soon the new Grand Hyatt in Deer Valley. For two nights we paid almost $800 which is not the problem, the problem is the health hazards this hotel poses to its customers. The hallways smelled of wet carpet, the shower had black mold in its tiles and grout and yellow mold spots on the ceiling. When my partner and I showered our eyes began to burn, and his nose began to heavily bleed. so much so that we had to rush to the nearest Urgent Care to get checked out and prescribed medicated eyedrops. we called the customer service line and were told that a ticket was opened and front desk would be notified of our problem. No one reached out. Not until 2-3 days after checkout I receive an email from Hyatt asking if my problem had been resolved already. Please do yourselves the favor and just pay a little bit extra elsewhere for your health. They seem to also keep the kitchenware they use for breakfast/food outside in the parking garage. Whatever it is it seems it should be kept in a more sanitary area.

My stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend the hotel to others. The hotel amenities were great, the food provided was delicious and the setting was ideal for our conference. There were a number of meeting areas and each was comfortable.
