Fabulous 5 star hotel with great club room facilities.

Fabulous hotel. I stayed in a club room. They called it a Gold Room I think. It had access to their fabulous club room. Whilst alcohol isn’t complimentary at any time it available to buy and the food is am...azing. Breakfast, food in the evening and cakes to die for. The staff in the club room are great but with a special mention for Temo for whom nothing was too much trouble. I’m here whilst we have the power outage at Heathrow. I’ve had to extend my stay and contact BA for a later flight. He did everything to help me. Wonderful attention.

From the moment we walked through the doors it was like being transported to a different era. The gleaming art deco clock, the glistening chandeliers, the library bar, and the unparalleled service througho...ut the hotel was pure magic. Every request was met with a smile. Need a fridge? Absolutely no problem. Want cream sent to the room for your Nespresso? Will do. The room was spotless. The bed? insanely comfy. The entire weekend was perfection and we cannot wait to return.
