Overall Great Stay! just a couple of minor issues.

I've always been a big fan of Fairmont. I've stayed at their various properties in various countries. They're always top notch. I stayed in Toronto downtown in June and I got to see the same quality of service there except for 2 things. 1. They gave me a drink voucher. I got to the restaurant/bar basically 60 seconds after the closing time and they didn't honor it. I told them I'll just get something ready to go. They apologized and said, no. Technically, I was a minute late. So they were correct. I give them 10/10 for being technically correct as 60 seconds had been passed. In terms of customer service, quality of typical Fairmont experience and a simple task to do, I give 2/10. I left my voucher with them at the bar and asked them to keep it. 2. The linens and the bed weren't super comfortable. I can't explain why but I couldn't sleep. Must have been a bad bed. Other than the little incident at the Reign restaurant, everything was great. They hooked us up with a fridge and a microwave very quickly. We appreciated that. Everything was great except for the little voucher incident. Such as small thing but I expect better from someone like Fairmont :) I'll definitely come back to Fairmont and this time I'll make sure I show up at least 2 minutes before closing. Thanks

Perfectly placed - 5 mom walk to Arena or Stadium. Stayed in a Fairmont Gold Suite. Large, comfortable and sound proof. Bed was hyper comfy. Room service was outstanding. Gold lounge had lots of options and was newly updated. Dedicated elevator. Small pool. Isolated. Lots of fantastic restaurant. Cant wait to return Thank you Alexis for your customer service skills.
