Fairmont Royal York is pathetically run by children- let’s see how the managers handle this

The service at the old company Fairmont was impeccably created for each family. My first foray into Allcor Fairmont was dismal beyond belief. Our family were platinum members now they’ve taken away all 400k of our points to start again. They scheduled their lounges, I showed up an hour before cutoff and was turned away by a random Asian child - had to order my own meal on top of that. Cold and wet asked for a shower cap at 9.10- it’s not 10.58 I am disgusted by the lack of feeling and service and stupidity . One lovely lady made sure I got soup. I just got shower cap 11.01 pm because I threatened to leave the water running and slam the door every two minutes. Fairmont go fry - you’re not worth my money in a 609 square foot anymore. Ritz Carlton - here I come.

I stayed at the Fairmont Royal York on October 31st on my way back from an overseas trip! The staff were very accommodating and I was able to check in early since I had an overnight flight and arrived very early in the morning! Every one from the doormen ( thank you Dawit!) to the valet attendant who helped me with my Uber ( thanks Charlie) to the reception desk staff was very helpful and extremely friendly! The room was spotless, the bed super comfy and the pillows were the fluffiest! A big thank you again!
