Last year we had a good time in this hotel, so we've decided to return, that was a bad idea. Since the beginning , we reserved a two bed room, they gave us a one bed with "additional" beds because they were at full capacity, even our reservation was made 3 months ago. They changed us to a new room next day but the new one had a lot of maintenance problems. Lights were not working, the door of the bathroom gets jammed and other things. At the pool there are people drinking and eating INSIDE the pool throwing waste in the water, we report this to a security person and said that he was going to reports but nothing happens. We have been 4 days here, and there are 6 showers in the pool/beach area but only 2 works, have reported also but again, nothing happens. So, me an my family are very disappointed, discovering new problema every day and still 3 days to go ??.

Great Hotel, right size & location, excellent beach (that is why you go to Cancún). Great food & restaurants But what is best is the service. Every one in the staff has great attitude and makes shure that you spend a wonderful time The restaurants are great and the food is made with high quality ingredients. Tavola in the morning is a great place to eat some eggs benedict and the staff Rosario, Darli & Raymundo are the best. In the night, Smoke is a delicious alternative to dine. And Gabriel the manager sees that you get everything right. The main pool and pool bar, needs some renovation. But the service is great Just make sure that you go down early in the morning.

It was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my life, not only they have an amazing service the food is amazing and the beach is beautiful, if you are looking for a beach in Cancun this hotel is for you, all the restaurants provide an amazing service and experience for you not saying that there are different food types from different food in the world like Mexican food, Italian food, oriental food, the hotel room is very comfortable and the view you have is amazing. I would like to mention Tavola breakfast, the service they provide for you is unbelievable, the food is amazing and the place is great, i have to mention the waitress Rosario, Darli and Reundo they provided an unforgettable and amazing service I really recommend this place .

Excellent service, the food was espectacular!! Special mention to restaurant taboos in the morning service was excellent the food and the special service of Rosario. And also great food and service of Gabriel at the steak house. We really enjoy our vacation.

The food is great. The dine in restaurants take a little longer because they make each order one at a time. Smokehouse and Tavola were my favorites. The beach is beautiful. Several staff members stood out to me because they were so friendly and provided great service. The ones I could remember were Andres at the buffet, Octavio at Tavola, Alfredo and an older man at the Sky Bar late at night. The building is outdated and could be maintained better but, everything else was great. On our first night we had no water but they addressed the problem with great customer service. The last thing I tried was the spa and Angelica and Maribel were great. We will hopefully be back soon!
