I'll keep it short and sweet. First the Good: Excellent food, exceptional service. The BEACH is the reason we picked this resort. Make sure you download the Palace APP. Everything is at your fingertips. The Awe Spa was excellent ( Thank you Veronica for my amazing haircut) I'm not a spa person, don't really like to get pampered but my daughter and I decided to use up the Spa Credit received with our booking. My husband and I traveled with two teenagers and we all had a blast! My husband and kids loved the everyday activities ( volleyball, water polo, beach soccer , aqua fitness) the entertainment team is absolutely amazing and fun. Sports Bar , roof top pot, gym , all very good. All the amenities were excellent. We did run into a few issues but nothing that ruined our vacation. The NOT so GOOD: The sweet/coffee place next to the pool was so understaffed . It's definitely one of the most popular places for the kids and teenagers but it shouldn't take 1 hour to get coffee or ice cream, frappuchinos, crepes, etc. the few people we came across upon ordering seemed so sad and didn't look like they cared whatsoever. The resort is a bit outdated, and the smell is the lobby bathrooms were toxic. We tried to stay away from using it. The room toilet wasn't functioning throughout the week, but we were impressed how quickly maintenance arrived. Thank you to Francisco, Eduardo, Gabriel , Gabriela and the amazing wine Sommelier . Shout out to the entire entertainment staff. Our kids still talk about you all. We will definitely be back to this resort. We were told it's undergoing construction this year, so we're looking forward to seeing it looking freshened up a little.

Sep 2024 . Let's get started always welcome us we nice treatment cold towels to refresh our self's. Food wise is variation for all the persons organization for areas around hotel and each of the restaurants really well, all employees welcome our self every single time and very polite . Our interaction we the roof top wich we expend most of our time employees was awesome and great we all family members chef Mauro he's attention and food was delicious, bar tenders Adrian, Antonio,damasio ,Joshua was great . Down on restaurant buffet area our favorite server angel great service and very polite all times always remembered our beverages and us ,also have to give to chef Alfredo good food and remembered us on our breakfast time . Was our 2nd time on beach palace and was great stay . Thank you to all employees because have to give them a big applause they do such a good job on all areas and always welcome and very friendly and polite not matter wich area cleaning, pool,Cafe area,hallways, resection, gif shop, spa,shows ,etc. Thank you beach place crew

The service is great. I would like to mention Alfredo (Tesoro) from the Skybar, Maricruz from the restaurants and a gentleman at the beach (don't remember his name). From 1-10 they get 15, above and beyond. The Hotel itself needs to be updated at this time. For that, the 3 star review.

I did not like this resort. Our first day was horrible, We were greeted with hot towels and a flower, but then no one took the towels back, we had to hang around with them! We had reached at 1PM so were told rooms are not ready, check in time is 3pm but we can pay $60 extra per person and get an ocean view room and check in straightaway, but we were happy to have lunch and hang around till 3pm. Then another guy started marketing us their other resort- Moon palace and wasted around 15 mins, we were so hungry! We were looking forward to lunch, however we are vegetarians and there was hardly anything to eat, even some of the salad had bacon or ham in it! no proper signs for veg food and all spoons mixed up. We somehow managed but if your are religiously vegetarian then you wont have ay options. They also absolutely have no idea how to make cocktails, drinks were a disaster! All-inclusive was a waste for us! Anyway, we were supposed to be e-mailed about the status of our room, however it was 3:15Pm but no notification, so we went back to the reception. They were like, oh you haven't received an alert, it is ready, so finally we excitedly checked in! As we entered we realized the room was dusty! The floor wasn't clean. We could instantly tell that the room had not been opened since ages as had a peculiar stench and neither was it quality checked ! Here, we wonder was asking for extra dollars to check in at 1PM a scam? The fridge wasn't working either! Looking forward to chill in the Jacuzzi, we sent our kids off with our friends kids to the pool and started the fill, but to our surprise, yellow particles start oozing out! And the whole room was filled with a really bad stench. My husband called to report this and we were told that someone will come to fix this. Till 8pm we were running up and down arguing for this ,and finally we were given another room! Now in this one everything was clean and fresh but toilet flush wasn't working, but then they came and fixed it immediately. That's our crap first day! we met another family in the lift who had the same experience! We were given 2 vouchers for the inconvenience caused to us due to a very unpleasant room! Next day was my hobby's birthday, so we used it, the spa was nice. I had notified the hotel and the restaurant and they had put a happy birthday deco for us which was appreciated. The only positive thing was their rooftop pool which was cleaner and quieter and the view from there. And room service although very slow but was ok. Concierge team were helpful, gave us a good private package to Chizhen Itza. Night entertainment was cool. The constant marketing of Moon palace resort is unbelievable though, 3 different agents said the same thing to us wasting a lot of our time. Please don't waste time on visiting the moon palace resort unless you have free time and could use $400 credit, as they will waste over 3 hours trying to market you their membership if you visit! finally we were mis-sold a $299 voucher to use on their resorts! we realised its only valid in 5 countries when the guy had sold it as a world wide 50% voucher! Staff at the Moon Palace told us that Beach Palace is their crappiest and cheapest one, well we had paid a 5 star price! Anyway, overall I wont recommend this resort to anyone, there are such beautiful hotels in cancun for the same price which we wished we had booked.

Beach Place is a truely magical place and their employees are the ones to thank! We were celebrating several events including a milestone birthday, 2 graduations, and a wedding. As always Beach Palace is my favorite place to visit. The staff is amazing and puts the vacation over the top. I appreciate how they make everyone feel welcome and do whatever they can to make the stay the best ever. Being there several times I really like how I get to know them and they get to know me. I wanted to acknowledge just some of the staff that helped make this a magical trip. Oscar - He helped organized several dinners to help celebrate our events and to make sure our large group of 12 could have the best time. Francisco - Is a great bartender and really made several night special with his cocktails and kindness. Gretchen - She does an amazing job in Public Relations. Gretchen I can’t take you enough for all you did to make this trip truly magical. You worked so hard with the member to plan details for the special birthday and to celebrate a wedding. You worked so hard getting everything just perfect. From the room decorating to getting the terrace set up to celebrate the wedding. Palace is so lucky to have someone as amazing as you working for them. You are one of the reasons I come back. Jorge - Now at the time I didn’t know what was really going on, but Jorge was placed to serve me and my husband as we celebrated our wedding (which we didn’t really know was happening). His kindness and alertness to me and my husband was amazing. He was always there and getting us our next drinks and shots, even if we didn’t order them. He is pivotal part of making the pool experience top notch. Had I realized what was going on that afternoon I would have thanked you even more, you put that afternoon over the top. Angelica - What can I saw about her, expect for AMAZING. I have gotten to know Angelica over the years and her thoughtfulness, attention to details, kindness, and smile always shine. I love getting to know you and appreciate all the hard work you do day in and out. I look forward to going to Beach Palace just to see you. Thank you! Alfredo - He has been another one of my favorites for several years. I really like being able to connect with him and he makes my experience wonderful. He was mostly at the roof top bar during the visit. He was so attentive to what my group needed and was always making amazing shots. Thanks Alfredo and I look forward to seeing you again. Ledi - She did such a great job making my room experience top notch. Ledi, was always there whenever I needed her. She also made my room smell amazing with the aromatherapy. Josue - Josue the photographer at Memories did a great job taking family photos. Veronica - She did an outstanding job at the SPA and I really appreciated her kindness. Roger - He is always does a great job with his service. We ate at Travola the last night and he did a wonderful job making it very special. Juan - Was kind and did a fantastic job as a vacation planner. Andrea - Did a great job trying to book some of our events. Donte - He was a joy to be around and made the wine tasting and the wedding reception magical. Jose - Upstairs desk did a great job helping to plan and figure out several things. Saul - Is a fantastic Bartender. He works so hard and made the best martinis. To the rest of the staff, THANK YOU!! You are the best part of Beach Palace. Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to coming back!
