Best thing about this hotel was the Star Kids Club ! Thank you Cinthya / Wendy / Tere / Itzel / Alis & Bere for making this trip exciting for our daughter. For myself and my wife the service wasn’t a 5 sta...r experience which we will take up with TUI as I we expressed our concerns with the hotel which was never resolved in a timely manner.

The staff are extremely helpful. The try to help you we any and all needs. We were adult side but utilized the entire resort. It is like having a resort and a half for your enjoyment. Rooms are nice and c...lean. We paid for star class upgrade. In our opinion, it was worth the extra cost.

Kevin was very nice at the baseball cage. He was patient, enthousiasm and made sure we were in security and in position before he let the ball goes. Thank you Kevin! Nice setup with soft ball. Even the kid...s were not scary to play. Can’t wait to play again

Our last day at planet hollywood Cancun was by far the best. Ray and Miguel have given us the best service we've had all week at the star class cabana. They can't do enough for you, anything you could ask ...for they are right on it, above and beyond service!

Kevin was an incredible help during my baseball practice! He was patient, encouraging, and really knows the game. He gave me great tips on my swing, helped improve my fielding, and made the entire session ...fun and productive. I could see a difference in my performance after just one practice with him.
