My wife and I traveled to Villa Del Palmar Cancun with our friends. They’d been before, we hadn’t. I wasn’t even sure I was a resort guy. After our exceptional visit, that’s changed. The price was very reasonable for the treatment we received and we have never been so pampered. The food was unbelievable, the room amazing and the employees were all incredible - especially the pool staff. They treated us like royalty but also as family. We will be returning to Villa Del Palmar Cancun for many years to come!

We had a really fantastic time at the Villa Del Palmar Cancun. Alejandro & Candelario took incredible care of us at the elite pool which was right up to the beautiful white sand beach with turquoise waters. I really can't praise them enough. By lunch the first day they knew who everyone was & we were a group of 8. We had our same cabana everyday & impeccable service. In fact the staff was fantastic everywhere we went in resort. Our dinners were delicious! We dined in a different resort restaurant every night. I would have liked a little more variety at lunch & better desserts after dinner, but that is definitely not a complaint. After dinner Miguel & the other bartenders took great care of us in the sports bar. It was everything we hoped out vacation would be with the only caveat being that the HVAC was having issues in our building. It was a little too warm in our room, but I mean what can you do? We got away from a cold & rainy hometown!

I cannot recommend this resort enough! From the moment my husband and I arrived, to the moment we left, the service was outstanding! We were there the first week of November, so still a little bit off-season as it was quieter. Not all of the dining options were fully running, but it did not matter (we had the all-inclusive package). You always had a place to go, and the wait staff was very quick, polite, and friendly. We were there to do the Tafer timeshare presentation and it was a little bit longer than expected, but I did ask a lot of questions. I cannot say enough about the service that we received day in and day out - a special shout out to Adrian and Omet, at the pool bar( love the Adrian mai tai!) and to David, our lifeguard & pool manager. David went above and beyond; he had a special chair set up for my husband and I every single day by 6 AM as we loved to watch the sunrise!! In this world, nothing is perfect, but I believe that the Villa Del Palmer Cancun came pretty darn close!!! We cannot wait to go back again!! ??????

We had 7 suites for 17 family and everyone had a wonderful experience. I need to point out a couple people who stood out for friendly service. First is Gerardo, and Pedro, Eduardo, Wilfredo and Jaime. These guys were great. They knew it would be harder to get beach or pool spots where the mothers could all keep an eye on all the kids and they would help reserving spots for us.

Davino is hands down the best restaurant in the resort. Angel Tax is a waiter who will bring you things that you're not even aware you needed in your life. Phenomenal food, exceptional service and very friendly environment. Roberto, our bartender in Legends sports bar is also one in a million.
