We had a great stay! The best part of our stay was the staff. Each and every one was so professional, courteous and friendly. We especially would like to acknowledge the service we received from Kevin and Jared Pool Consignoir Services; Edward our Waiter at the pool; and, Armando our Waiter at at Legends restaurant. Each went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. Their service was exceptional and the best of any place we have ever stayed. I cant say enough about the quality of service they provided us. Overall it was a great stay but these people made it even better. Your resort is lucky to have such great people

We had a great trip to Villa Del Palmar! This was my wife’s and I second trip here but the first time we brought our 3 kids ages 19, 16, and 11. We booked a two bedroom suite which fit our family perfectly, and we stayed 5 nights. Our check in was great, does take a little while to get everything done. We were a little early for check in but our room was ready, which was great. We had excellent service throughout our stay! Our pool guys Kevin and Jared took care of us each day and had our pool chairs saved and ready for each day of our stay. Edgar was our waiter at the pool and took excellent care of us and all of our food and drink needs! The housekeeping staff was great and refreshed our room daily and kept the snacks and drinks stocked! Caesar was our waiter at the breakfast buffet in Capricios which an awesome omelette bar. Armando took great care of us at Legends, the sushi rolls were delicious and the Picana choice steak was fantastic! La Casona is the steakhouse and the tenderloin was amazing with the mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and Mac n cheese. At Davio’s, the Italian restaurant, we liked the tortellini, and they had a steak filet that was pretty good too. Zamas the food is okay but the dessert is outstanding. We enjoyed the chocolate tamale with coffee ice cream. At the pool our kids loved the brick oven pizzas, wings and we also enjoyed the fish tacos and the nachos. When we booked we got $800 in resort credit which we used at the spa, which I highly recommend if you can. We got a couples massage and the my two olds also got massages. You start with a hot vapor room then transition to a cold plunge, then a Luke warm tub and a hot tub. Then off to the massage rooms. They were fantastic!! Lastly we booked parasailing with Daniel by the pool bar which I also recommend! I had never done that before and it was amazing! It’s something that you can do and doesn’t eat up your whole day! Check out was a breeze but just make sure you check your bill and make sure there were no extra charges. Be prepared that you pay a tax for each person per day I think it came to about $35-40 each for the 5 nights. Another note about checking out, if you have a later flight your All Inclusive is good until noon, for us I made the mistake of checking us out a little early as our shuttle was not arriving until 12:45. My family was sitting down to order lunch and I ended up checking out before they ordered and they had cut off our AI since I checked out - we worked it out with staff and was able to still grab lunch but next I will make sure we don’t actually checkout until noon. Another note about the spa, if you have resort credit, that only covers the cost of the service not the taxes and gratuity. That gets paid when you check out We booked parasailing with Daniel by the pool bar which I also recommend! I had never done that before and it was amazing! It’s something that you can do and doesn’t eat up your whole day! It was $75 per person. Check out was a breeze but just make sure you check your bill and make sure there were no extra charges. Be prepared that you pay a tax for each person per day I think it came to about $35-40 each for the 5 nights. We also took the ferry to Isla Mujeras one day. The ferry is just a short walk up the beach from the resort. You can pay at the ticket window cash or card and it was about $32 per person round trip. There are several departure times throughout the day, we took the 10:00am which gave us time to get up and eat the buffet before we head out. We packed backpack coolers with beers from the fridge and the night before we asked the bar for a six pack that we took up. The ferry takes about 45 minutes total. We got off the boat and then walked towards the north a few blocks where we rented golf carts from Joaquin’s it was $137 for a 6 seater for 8 hours - our cart was awful it would barely go - I should have returned it but I thought we could make it work but it ended up costing us a lot of time to try to get a round the island. It didn’t ruin the day we just didn’t get to enjoy as much of the island as we’d have liked. We then took the 4:00pm ferry back to the resort and made it back for our dinner reservations. Side note about dinner reservations. For each night I made our group (9), a reservation at a different restaurant. You can make the reservations 45 days in advance except for Zama, it is 15 days out. For our last night I booked a reservation at each, not knowing which we wanted to go back to then canceled the ones we didn’t want. Our group size varied a little each night but it wasn’t much of a big deal, except for our last night at Davinos, we only had 6 that ended up going and the hostess was slightly annoyed as they had to redo the table but we only had to wait for a few extra minutes.

Diego and Raymundo are the absolute best bartenders they deserve everything I love them so much sooo funny and good bartender tricks they’re amazing they need a raise!!!!!! They have made every drink so good such a good experience with them

i had a great experience and loved diego as our bartender!! he was so sweet and cared so much about our orders and was very friendly! the food was great and loved the poolside service! we had a great time and it was the perfect summer trip with friends!!

Bed was comfortable, room service was excellent, restaurants were great just needed a couple more available for lunch, also Chris and Oscar was excellent in the buffet restaurant Caprichos, grounds were great all staff was nice. Room cleaning was nice as well.
