I loved the location of the hotel since we had so many food options all around us. I also appreciated having beach towels and other items available to borrow. It was a very short walk to the beach as well.... The deluxe room was also spacious and having the tub was perfect after a long day of walking and being in the sun. The bathroom amenities were also great quality. There are microwaves to use for reheating leftovers. And water stations are easily accessible for refilling the complimentary water bottles they have in the room.

Short walk to beach. Great room for a family of 5 - spacious suite. Convenient towels and beach umbrella for free. Great location - next to Nordstrom Rack and across road from great breakfast cafe Hea...venly Island. Everything looked better to me in person than it did online. Other than the burned up building across the road! Overall very happy!

I've stayed at the Hyatt Centric Waikiki before and had quite the pleasant surprise. I was going again with a friend and we wanted to find a hotel that was great value and great location. This located deep... in Waikiki and was extremely walkable to a lot of popular locations in Waikiki. Not only is the location great but the stay itself was amazing. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very nice, and the rooms nice and spacious! What else could you ask for.

Amazing hotel, perfect location. Just minutes walking distance from the beach. Hotel facilities were excellent, room fab, fridge was very useful and access to microwaves in the lobby kept eating out afford...able. Reception staff were amazing, helping sort out a couple of issues we had with pre booked trips. Everyone was just very friendly.

My family and I LOVED our stay here! I emailed them a few days before we checked in saying we were celebrating my son’s birthday and we walked into our suite surprised with balloons in the beds and a bask...et full of goodies and a birthday card! They kept wishing him a happy birthday and just made him feel so special! The beds were so comfortable. My kids loved the pool area (I didn’t realize the deepest part was 14 inches haha) but that worked out well for my 3 and 5 year old! My 12 year old loved throwing the plastic stars and axes and sitting in the hot tub. My kids also loved the beta fish (they have 6 total in the hotel so we had to wait til one was available but it only took a day). The valet/bellman Louis was fantastic (they all are)- but there’s only one or two valet people working at a time so we did have to wait a little bit each time getting our car, but it wasn’t too bad! All the workers were so kind and pleasant! Shout out to the front desk people- Linda, Elani, Maile, and Samay! They were always happy to answer all my questions and help make our stay so wonderful! We can’t wait to come back in the future! Oh and also, there are SO many yummy restaurants around the block! Like Marugame Udon, Ice Monster, International Market place (mall with a Target in it)…
