If life is a collection of memorable moments, I have an abundance of lasting memories from my stay in Jamaica at the Luxury Bahia Principe Runaway Bay. The resort was immaculate, and the friendly staff takes pride in the care and upkeep while anticipating your vacation needs. Every time a staff person was encountered, even in passing, they greeted guests with a smile and salutation. I would like to personally thank Nigel (cart driver), Tivaughn (cart driver), waitress extraordinaire Keslene Allen (who remembered my strawberry lemonade), and a special thank you to (the real) Tyrese Williams who seemed to be the ambassador of Luxury Bahia Principe.

We stayed here for our Anniversary trip this year and we had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this resort for your stay in Jamaica

The rooms are old and outdated, didnt have enough plugs to charge phones and tablets and watches. Call guest services to let them know our bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and that the sink needed a stopper and the shower door wouldn’t close. No one ever came. The closet door wouldn’t stay close and the tv was static, couldnt hear any tv shows. The little entertainment that was there, wasnt that great. More good entertainment is needed. The drinks were weak. The person who took us to our room also booked our specialty dining. The restaurant she booked were closed, so we had to eat the normal buffet. The property itself was nice. I wouldnt be staying there again

Grounds are beautiful and customer service is good. Pool and entertainment by pool was nice. Overall maintenance of the room was poor. Lack of variety and options for night entertainment. Buffet food was good, not great. Food at the Knife restaurant was disappointing. Food at the Dolce Vita restaurant was really good but server had a bad attitude early on.

We had a great stay (2 weeks). 2 guys in 30s, staying in the adults only section, but there is a family section of the hotel too. Great food every day, 7 a la carte restaurants (inc.), but the bufet (daily themes of cuisine, meet grill and pasta making station, sometimes lobster, tacos etc.)! An amazing entertainment team, giving everything they got (special shout out to you K.!) You have pool parties, dance classes, games, sports and more, ppl having a great time. If you seek silence, there are 3 private beach parts, one with wifi, one where the water is so shallow that you can sit in it and have a cocktail and chill and talk for hours. Inhouse diving center with 10 spots (recommend the plane&ship wreck dive) Totally recommending this place! I would book ot again for sure!
