The location and water is beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment fantastic and professional. Food was great, offering a variety for everyone's preference. Jamaica night was the best ever. We ...were a party of twelve, diamond club. A bit of confusion by the staff getting some of us to our rooms, blame it on the heat. Some of us had a water problem at shower time. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return and recommend this location. Shout out to our butlers Kenneth and Samantha great people. Also the Vibe Team Starfire, Tiny and the rest of the team. Our Cabana butler Andrew was the best. Thanks to you all for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

I will rate them a 2 because the staff was good, but the management team was horrible. This was my first time there I didn’t get any Guide of wear anything is that in the resort. I did early check in on Mo...nday so I won’t have to wait when I got there Friday. I still waited at the counter for 30 minutes. The manager who worked Friday afternoon told me that my room wasn’t ready. I have to wait, She also didn’t tell me that I had to make reservations for all the restaurants except the buffet . They don’t take any walk-ins. I had to find that out on my own. order a room service they never came. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to be a diamond club member so the diamond club member could go anywhere they want in resort and they are the first ones to get reservations. I paid a lot of money to be to this resort for four nights and five days and did not get the experience of all the restaurants. This is sad and poor Customer Service on the management team because I complain Saturday and I complain on Monday because Saturday wasn’t resolved, and it still didn’t get resolved Because they made me a reservation Monday night at 9:30. I missing overslept and got there a couple of minutes later and they told me the restaurant is closed at 9:45 which is crazy because I don’t know why they made the reservation for 930 in the kitchen closing in 15 minutes that doesn’t make any sense. I will never advise anyone to come to this resort again because the bad customer service on the management team not the staff I don’t understand why they make you feel out informing acts if this is your first time and you put yes, and no one give you the tour of the resorts and explain to you what’s going on And then the QR code that I scan at the service desk link me to a different resource that I did not know until the lady at one of the days told me that was the wrong app.

We just came back this week and we already want to go back. The resort was clean, up to date. Room was comfortable. Food was good, but we aren’t picky. It was hard to get reservations for dinner early in ...the evening but we had no issue finding snacks to hold us over until dinner. Drinks were strong enough for us to have fun. The people serving were all very friendly. The vibe team was awesome, great entertainment throughout the day and evening. Everyone made sure we were having a good time and went out of their way to treat us like family. We never felt unsafe. Shout out to Olivia and Rasheda , they welcomed us, made sure we had everything we needed and were super friendly, spent time getting to know us and our family. Aundre and the whole vibe team kept the entertainment alive, there was always something going on throughout the day and evening with music and games. The cooks at the jerk chicken truck and the servers also awesome. Only negative thing was the transfer over, we did a private through nexus and our driver from the airport was an awful driver but the one going to the airport was much better.

We had a blast and we were well greeted at this hotel Big shout out to Aundre & ,Jamal from the entertainment team They made us have lots of fun and laugh each day. Without them the hotel would not be t...he same. We would definitely come back because they truly made our staying at royalton the best ever

We had our wedding here on the 19th of April, there were 30 of us in total including 7 kids, friends and family from the uk. All I can say is wow, I can’t fault this place at all! The views from the hotel ...are absolutely stunning, the rooms are massive and luxurious, there’s so much lovely food and everything is easy to find and in walking distance! The staff really make this place too, the vibes team are amazing with the kids, they are always dancing, wicked music playing, games, foam parties, etc! We were diamond club building 2 and had 2 wonderful butlers (Brian and Jermaine) the whole stay they were checking in with us, messaging us with any entertainment times we might want to check out, Brian went to try and get my sons shorts from the room below balcony and we didn’t even ask him too, he carried our heavy luggage, nothing was too much effort to him, he also took my dress to be steamed and dropped it off to me, same with my husbands suit! he always had a big smile and was happy to help,Jermaine was also cheerful and lovely, he ran us a lovely bath with rose petals on our wedding night, let us know about tui dinners, made some reservations for us and was always there if we needed help with a smile. Great guys! Our wedding day went very smoothly, it was perfect actually, Emwah (sorry if I spelt that wrong) took us to view where we would have the ceremony, she came and picked me and my bridesmaids up from my room too and we all really liked her and said what a nice lady she is. I think the staff are such a credit to this hotel. The aqua fit and yoga with Jovie are amazing if you’re into exercising on holiday ?? it’s worth it anyway as it was fun too. Kavel was another cheerful man we’d bump into every day near the building, we had lots of good chats with him, also always asking how everything was and if we needed any help. We will definitely be back for an anniversary ??
