We spent 10 days in Jamaica. We stayed at Secrets St James and had a fabulous time there. Zoya (a UVC representative) met us at checkin. She was fabulous and friendly and helped us out all week long. S...antanya kept our room tidy and clean each day and helped us out when we needed it restocked with things. Kerry Anne Served us each day the at the preferred club pool with her joyful and happy spirit!! Every evening we’d visit the Coco Cafe for coffee and rum and raisin icecream with rum cream and Tanika would serve us with a friendly and eager attitude. Shenea served us twice at breathless altitude rooftop restaurant which was by far the best food and view and meal experience !! All in all an amazing time at Secrets St James.

Great stay and great value for money. Staff incredibly nice and attentive. Massive thank you to Tanya for looking after me and my husband. We will come back and we highly recommend the resort .the room was... big, restaurants were ok - Piano bar was our favourite out of all the bars. Looking forward to come back ;)

Absolutely terrible- it’s very run down, staff are terrible. Room was a disaster, fridge leaked, shower would not drain and fridge was not replenished with drinks. Room very run down and reservations we...re not booked. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I did not want to leave. Our stay was magical. From the food to the entertainment, Secrets St. James did not disappoint. We celebrated my partner’s birthday and received so many accommodations. We even had... our room upgraded from a garden view to an ocean view. We received a bottle of wine, rum, birthday cake, our jet spa tub was filled with hot water and bubble bath. Our drivers were awesome. It’s so many things I can say. Overall the experience was well worth it! I’m ready to go back now!
