Absolutely a blast! Wife and I stayed in the preferred club master suite at Secrets St. James. Room was excellent and amenities were well thought out. Restaurants were all excellent. Staff was soo friendly and helpful. 100% will be back! We had Tajee and Darwin as our butlers for the week and they absolutely made our experience 10x better. Even without the butler service it would not be hard at all to have an amazing time here. You can either join the party or find space to get away and relax.

This is our 5 times to this resort and twice this year and the changes and cleanliness of the property is very noticeable. Hyatt management has moved all chairs from around the pool and put eye sore bed /cabanas for 100$ us or 250$ us, they take away all views of pool and nobody uses. all other hotel Cabanas go at back. The property is in need of paint and power washing everywhere and our room was outdated and worn it was not what it use to be. Management needs to listen to their employees. All employees are super nice and make your trip worth it, food was good and there was minimal wait for restaurants.

Good food, good music, great Staff, received a room upgrade which was a first from visiting countless other secrets resorts, that was excellent, will definitely stay here again. Beach and entertainment were great. UVC rep was attentive.

Staff is amazing, nice variety in food. Preferred club is worth the upgrade for the drinks as well as exclusive amenities. Spent 7 days at St.James it was very quiet and perfect for our 25th anniversary because we had access to Secrets Wild Orchid and Breathless which offered a more active night life.

The staff is amazing, the resort is beautiful. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food options for dinner service. If you are used to good quality food, the dinners won’t measure up. Thankfully their buffet which is available for breakfast and lunch was great!
