We had booked a 5 night stay in this hotel with our provider in the UK. Several days before our stay they cancelled our reservation due to a “dispute” with our provider over the prices. Poor to say the lea...st and has changed my view of Marriott properties

I would rate 4.5 stars if I could. I seldom rate hotels that high but this one really delivered on everything but pillow variety and bed softness (it was somewhat hard). Perfect location on the middle of e...verything. Elevators are very quick, although confusing for those who have never used them, you select your floor on a touch pad and then scan your key card if necessary (all but floor 8 and 1) and then it directs you the the elevator to get in. Room was well lit, decent water pressure, responsive hvac. Spacious desk/work area. Large gym. Water bottle refill stations. Good WiFi for teams chats. All around a great hotel. I just wish they had more rooms to accommodate large families but was great for 2 people.
