DO NOT STAY HERE! As I sit here on my rock solid bed and stiff pillow, I advise you to stay away from this hotel. The noise is unbearable ALL DAY. If it’s not some guy screaming into a microphone during th...e day at the pool, it’s loud music at night or your neighbors snoring... If you are coming here to rest, don’t count on it. Save yourself the hassle and pack plenty of melatonin and heavy duty earplugs. In addition I’ve come to discover that you can be seen from outside your hotel room to the shower. The food was mediocre at best. The only things that I genuinely enjoyed eating were not here. There are almost no choices of new food daily and if you want seafood you have to pay extra. Drinks were not great except the hot chocolate and coffee. FYI, you will be harassed on the daily by an old man named Felipe who insists on making you a VIP member. This man will follow you everywhere and I really do mean everywhere. It’s a scam. By the way, if you’re uncoordinated or even minimally tipsy from the weak drinks, you will fall down the spiral stairs. No need to use the small elevator that fits 3 people max. All the bad aside, most of the staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was decent, accounting for the price you pay. In all seriousness, don’t get catfished by the pictures. It’s extremely outdated.

The pillows are not the fluffiest i have ever felt. Not too shabby, stairs will kill ya but the one elevator will get you where you need to go, maybe. Also, I forgot to mention the tuba on the beach experi...ence; it's a must have. So long story short if you like tubas, noise, bluetooth in speaker form and falling down stairs then welcome! you gonna love it

We have had a great experience with the hotel staff. They are very friendly and extremely attentive. Particularly David at the Coco-Lobby bar; an amazing bartender all around. The food is also incredible... and the resort is extremely clean and well maintained.

Great resort. Our bartender David is amazing, fun, and fast at making delicious drinks!! He's always dancing and having fun with everyone with a big smile on his face. I also have seen many others loving t...heir experience with David. Great memory of your order as well ;)

This place looks beautiful and luxurious online, but it is a pit. There were people running in the hallways singing and yelling and banging on our doors at all hours of the night. The pool has a guy with a... microphone talking or singing loudly and constantly, it was extremely noisy. Our room was one of the worst I've ever stayed in; the toilet was in the shower, and the shower leaked continuously, so the floor was always wet. Someone had punched holes in the walls that were left as they were, the lamp shades had also been punched and were cracked in several places. They give gave us one room key for two people, and the key is required to run the (pitiful) a/c in the room, so if one person wants to leave the room, and the other doesn't, there is no way to use the a/c. The front desk staff had absolutely no personality; very unfriendly. The 'all-inclusive' dining room was open and the food sat out for hours in those silver cafeteria trays - unappetizing to say the least and BIRDS were flying all over above the food and the tables, helping themselves to whatever they wanted. We were there two days and there was no variety in the food - creamed everything. No tacos or anything you would expect - creamed peas and some pasta with nasty sauce and ham slices in it. Cold potatoes and vegetables, wilted salad. Reminded me of my college cafeteria, without the variety. Yes, the drinks are included, but they are weak and there are all kinds of caveats. At check-out they charged me 550 pesos for a card I lost - the card you show to get a fresh towel. I lost it on the beach - not the towel, mind you, but the card. We were so happy to leave, and will NEVER go back. A huge disappointment.
