I did not have any complaints at the resort at all only the beach!!! The resort was phenomenal… recommendations would be for a 24 hour pool as our family hated it closed so early and a laundry onsite so pa...cking could have been lighter!!!

Concierge and staff were wonderful, but rooms are NOT up to standard. AC wasn’t working in half our suite and the temperature was constantly 25-28 degrees C. Fridge wasn’t working, electricity went out in ...half our suite the night before departure.

Let me start this review off by saying by no means think this hotel was going to meet my expectations when I booked it . I just needed a quick solo get away , if I knew I was going to stay here longer than... three nights I would have a panic attack. The hotel is clean/dirty Honestly if they would just give the place a first coat of pains and deep clean every corner and crevice and added a little bit more food it won't be so bad .

We had a lovely stay. The hotel staff has been wonderful. The housekeepers, bartenders, servers, groundskeepers and all the other staff work tirelessly to ensure the guests have a great experience. Most st...aff here is genuinely pleasant. This was our family’s first all inclusive vacation and we are satisfied. One person in particular that stands out is a lifeguard by the name of Andrees. This gentleman was patient with us and answered all of our questions. We looked forward to seeing him at the pool every day. He noticed the improvement in our son’s swimming over the week. The a la carte restaurants were very good, especially the one in the Rumba. The staff there (Danielle and the others) were so fantastic and really contributed to our positive experience. Pearla at the concierge was so helpful. The print on the menus could be larger-the Italian restaurant in particular, but our meals were wonderful. It is a very large resort and there was a lot of walking involved which can be tiring, but there is a little train for the guests to hop on if needed. Thank you so much for everything.
