This hotel chain and the staff represent the very worst experience you will ever have. Book any other hotel but Melia. They are not responsive, not helpful, rude and careless. They deserve a zero rating. T...hey simply do not care about assisting with any thing, and when you tell them the result of the interaction will result in bad reviews, they simply say: “that’s your choice”.

This is our second time back at this resort and it never disappoints. The food is always so good & fresh, the beach is beautiful and so is the resort. We recommend paying up for the “Level” experience as i...t gets you a lot more for your money. One of those things is your own personal concierge. We had the pleasure of meeting & working with Feliz. He was very attentive and checked on us daily. He made sure we were always having a good time and always asked if we needed anything. He went above and beyond by giving us a bottle of red wine as we told him we were celebrating my husbands 30th birthday, and decorated our room with flowers. He was always smiling and happy to see us when we saw him around the resort. He made our stay very memorable!

Alejandra at the YHI spa @ Melia Caribe was amazing, paying special attention to areas of need. Would highly recommend getting a massage. Very accommodating to working in times to fit our needs. ??????????...??????????????????????????????
