Hotel was unreal the entertainment team especially Ronny he made every day and night so much more enjoyable and will be missed by my family can’t fault him, the riviera Restraunt were exceptional we celebrated my 25th birthday here and they went above and beyond by decorating the tables making cakes and just the quality of service, lorenzo our concierge was great aswell helping in any way he could really made our holiday enjoyable

Amazing experience at this phenomenal resort. It was so picturesque, so immaculate! We felt lucky to have such an amazing experience. Most of the staff were very polite and worked very hard to make everything, even the grounds perfect as can be. Not one thing was out of place so you can imagine the effort which is put into making the experience as close to perfection as possible. Alberto the manager was very polite and friendly, and went over and beyond to fix any issues we had. Natalia was amazing also, she helped us make my son’s birthday extra special with balloons, gifts and booked us a reservation at Cape Nao restaurant. We recommend this resort highly.

Weather was superb, the service was second to none and our concierge was kind, attentive and helpful. He was always there when needed. Having travelled all over the world I have never received such good service. The resort is huge but inviting and one that I would highly recommend.

We just got home from the Melia Caribe resort. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in The Level which is well worth it. The rooms are dated but large and the beds are super comfortable. The fridges were always stocked and our concierge was amazing! Carlos Bautista made our vacation so special. He was always available to help and answer our questions. He took the time to get to know us and made sure our needs were taken care of. He even arranged a beautiful romantic surprise for us in our room. We did not request it but we loved the thoughtful gesture. ?? Hopefully you will be lucky enough to get him when u go there. The level restaurant and pool are great. It is a long walk to the beach but there are trains or golf carts that can pick u up.
