First time to Mexico and this hotel was fantastic. Great location. Sit by any of the pools or on the beach, sea is great. The staff, inside or outside, are friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant ...waiter named ERIC, he is Brilliant!! All the family, adults and children(10 of us) loved him. Nothing was too much trouble, and done with a smile. Stopping at this hotel allowed us to go to the other ones in the group. I would recommend visiting the various a la carte restaurants at the other hotels(prebook). The small waterpark at Tulum, is great for the kids. There is so much to enjoy, daytime and night time entertainment, inside and out is varied. Fully recommend this hotel. Clive Rogers England
Clean. Good buffet & a la carts. Good availability of sun chairs at pool and beach. Adults only section was nice.

Good food, drink and pool side service. Rooms were average. Beds were comfy. Was an incredible resort 15 years ago. They’re reno’ing it all right now as it def needs a facelift. Gtounds are nicely kept. ...Beach sand isn’t soft, it’s all coral/shells but still a very pretty beach. A little pier where there are lots of fish to snorkel. Well kept. On top of clearing seaweed.
