We used JJ Studio for our wedding photographer at Grand Tulum. Our experience was great, Joel and Ivonne were great to work with, very calm and easy going. We received almost 400 pictures, they tried to capture the entire experience us without the stress, which was very important to us. We would definitely recommend, and we would absolutely book again.
Great resort overall

We stayed here for a week in November, 2024 with a large group. The Bahia Principe compound is huge, but don't let that scare you away. Shuttles galore to take you where you need to go, onsite, offsite, other resorts, etc The food was great overall, we enjoyed the steakhouse the best for a la carte. Booking the a la cartes was a breeze, all done by yourself on a touchscreen at the front desk. Rooms were good, one small issue we had with the rooms was the bed comfort. Lots from our group had the same feedback, they are pretty hard. Adult section is available for everyone over 18, you don't need a special pass or anything to enter the area and we spent a lot of time in this area. Multiple beach bars, swim up bar, etc around. The lobby bar is a bit tricky to find, it's in the theatre. Only dropping one star because I'm being picky. Many of the public washrooms were out of toiletries and soap, was common. We would definitely come back here again without hesitation.
