I was quite disappointed in this resort! If you are an elderly person this resort does not have stairs going into the pool. This is a safety issue, especially if one has some sort of disability! I asked on...e staff member for help me going to their outside, offsite restaurant as I have a problem walking and I do have a disability and his answer to me was, “take a cab, it will cost you $10.00” I was not impressed with this person’s attitude! The staff in general are very friendly! Most of them were cordial!

The resort is beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. There are plenty of food options which were all delicious. Plenty of activities around the pool Only downfall is there really isn’t a beach.... Small beach area was very rocky. Guests also “reserved” pool chairs extremely early in the morning which we were told you cannot do at check in.

Beautiful resort with an exceptional staff. I truly enjoyed Mitzy during entertainment at the pool. She was personable, professional, and made the cutest anklets and bracelets. The Saturday dance off was s...o much fun. Thank you so much for a great time.

This was our first time at this resort, the staff is exceptional, Kathleen was top notch, she always acknowledged us and asked what she could do for us today, right from our first meeting to when we were l...eaving, you have to meet her. The hotel was great, a few little things, not enough elevators, only 2 for the whole resort and one was broke for our last 3 days, but there was very little wait time for the other. The food was exceptional also, we went to all 3 restaurants, I especially liked the atmosphere of the Mexican. Some of the pictures of the resort show a nice beach, but there are 2 spots with sand and loungers, 1 is off to the side of the pool, the other is at the other end of the resort (with a bar from 11am to 6pm & cabana’s that you could rent for the day) neither one have usable access to the water, but a short walk across the boardwalk and across the front of the Hilton there is a usable beach. There is a pizza bar at the pool which surprisingly was very good with lots of variety as well you could ask any of the wait staff to get food from the restaurant ( a limited menu). The coffee shop opens at 6am and the snack bar is open 24 hours, found it strange that they didn’t have bottled water at the snack bar but you could get it at the coffee shop or take from your room, there was no shortage of it. There was a show every night in the lounge or a fire show out at the pool and activities thru the day, usually around the pool. The gift shop in the hotel was not excessively over priced like other resorts we have been to. It was a very short walk to 5th avenue with miles of shops & the people are so friendly and appreciative of your business. We loved that the resort was adults only and smaller than other resorts, I think we will definitely be back.
Beach advisory

The hotel was good. Food and beverages typical of restaurants in Mexico. Pool is ladder access only. There are very few lounges with shade, and on windy days umbrellas are not allowed. There are not enough... lounges to accommodate all guests. The beach is unusable and terrible. Not at all as shown in promotional materials. The smell of decaying seaweed is so overpowering you cannot escape it. If you have an ocean view room you can’t open the door because the smell is so strong. The room we had was really nice and very comfortable. Almost all the staff were excellent (two or three exceptions). We did enjoy our stay but would not return to this resort.
