The trip was AMAZING!!!!! Thank to all the Royal Princess Family , especially Andy and Ricardo. Andy thank you for being so kind, helpful, thoughtful, honest and professional. Your demour made it so easy to take the leap and join the Royal Princess Family!!! I hope to talk to you soon because that means I'll be booking another vacation!!!!!!!! Ricardo your above and beyond service was greatly appreciated.

I have no idea how people give this hotel bad ratings. I arrived on June 30th and I'm leaving on July 14th. I came with my family of 5 and we all agree that our experience was amazing! There are very little minor issues that didn't affect our holiday at all. When arriving at the hotel the line to sign in was long but free drinks made it better, many people were arriving and we were so relieved to be there after a 10 hour flight so queues didn't bother us. We got 2 junior rooms but one got upgraded which was great! Rooms: Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We're on the ground floor but we got a patio which would often have deers outside in the morning which was pretty. Service: Service was amazing, problems were solved quickly and staff were always asking if we needed help or saying goodmorning. They would come round while your at the pool to ask for any drinks and would bring them to you. Restaurant Service was quick. Food: People say how bad the food is but I disagree. The buffet food might be a bit repetitive but that's what every other buffet is like. Overall the food was great and the restaurants had nice food too. There is not one meal I did not like and we went to many restaurants, my favourite being the miso. There are limited food places throughout the day but you could always get a taco, burger or hotdog from the pool areas or food in the buffet at lunch. Cleanliness: Hotel was incredibly clean. We were here during hurricane Beryl which blew down trees and left the whole hotel full of leaves and sticks, however within one day it was back to normal. Floors in entrance and plaza and so clean and shiny and room Service came everyday! Animals: The animals did not bother me at all. The coatis were cute and never stole anything from my bag as we were always there. Once it drank my fanta but as the drinks are free at any time, it didn't bother me at all. If they tried to steal my food I just picked my plate up. People complained alot about the coatis even though this is THEIR HOME, and they are animals, they will try and hunt for food. There were cats which were cute to spot and other animals such as monkeys, deer and more which didn't affect me at all. Overall my trip has been amazing. Entertainment was one of the best I've seen, polite staff and a clean hotel. Booking trips was easy and they were amazing. Very few issues including bugs, some long queues at bar, beach smells a bit ( got used to it quickly ) and the high prices in gift shops, however none of these made me feel any worse about my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and do not understand how people do not. Reading some negative reviews while in the hotel is shocking as I never found any of the things mentioned an issue and I'm surprised at how people may think these negative things about it ( most people complain alot about minor issues )
