My family of four stayed at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya August 2024. The room was very nice with great location. The beach is clean great for snorkeling beautiful fish. The breakfast was very good. The lunch and dinner could have a better selection on the Buffet. The Italian ,Toro and Zen was great. Very clean resort very nice staff. The guys working the beach getting drinks for everyone. They are the best very hard working people. The only negative this I noticed was very little entertainment after 9pm there is nothing to do but go back to your room. No sports bar were you can eat and drink. Very hard to get drinks just bartender no one serving. This is a very nice place but I don't see families returning nothing to do after dinner.
Amazing resort just failing in one area

This resort was absolutely amazing for my family. We loved everything about it from the Food, pools, rock away waterpark, vibe city. The shows were amazing every evening. My only complaint about this resort was how awful an inconsistent housekeeping was. The first full day we were on the resort we left our room for 8+ hours and room didn’t get cleaned. Then when they did clean room they forgot to stock towels ( yes we left the dirty ones on the floor), toilet paper, and never stocked mini bar. When I go to an all inclusive resort I expect my minibar in my room to be stocked daily without asking. Like I said Resort was Absolutely amazing, but HOUSE KEEPING IS ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL.
