My stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya was amazing! The highlight of the resort had to be its exceptional customer service. My group's butler, Gabriel, was overly accommodating and he made sure that our resort stay was comfortable. Furthermore, Francesco, a server at Faro Restaurant, and Roberto, a poolside server at the Eden Pool, were both uber-attentive to assist my group with anything we needed and I appreciated their efforts to make our vacation enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort for a variety of reasons with an emphasis on customer service and support from all the staff members employed at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya!

Staff is unbelievably friendly. Marco, Irving,Gio, and Bryan made our trip amazing! From setting us up with fun experiences, to sending us champagne to congratulate us, they were above and beyond the entire time. The room, restaurants, pools, bars were all better than you could ask for.
