We had a fabulous time at Paradisus La Perla in Riviera Maya. The service and food was outstanding and the beach had the perfect cabanas we planted ourselves in daily. We especially loved the food at Blue Agave - the pineapple tacos and guacamole were to die for. If you go, say hi to our new friend Victor! He’s the best!!

We just got back from an amazing stay at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen! This resort is perfect for families! If you go, definitely upgrade to the reserve and get the concierge! We had Nestor and I can’t recommend him enough! He made our stay so memorable and left gifts/games in the room for our daughter!

Friendly, accomodating staff! Everything was clean and the daily room cleaning was very nice. We had a lovely room with a very private deck and jacuzzi tub. The restaurants were delicious and the service at the beach and pools was amazing! Loved our stay!

My family and I spent 8 days at Paradisus and we are already looking at going back. By far it is the best resort for families. Our girls had the most amazing time. The staff at the kids zone were amazing so were the activities. The aqua park and the beach were the highlight of this trip as our girls spent the majority of the time there. The beach was absolutely stunning. This place is a gem. Our concierge Eduardo went above and beyond for our family. He also made sure to leave little gifts for the girls daily. Thank you Eduardo for all you have done. We are already looking forward to going back to Paradisus. Hands down the best resort in Playa del Carmen for families with young kids.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen is a wonderful resort for adults AND kids! We love the swim-up suites and had impeccable service from Erick & Salvador from The Lunch Box restaurant. While poolside, they kept our drinks filled and brought our food orders right to us! This is our second stay here and we will be back again!
