At Lemon Fish, we had a great meal and great service. It started with 2 great young ladies greeting us at the door with a smile. Which goes a long way. I wish I had gotten their names. One had an elegant black dress and the other was quick to offer a martini since I was stressed about time. Francisco was our waiter. He was efficient from start to finish. We were sooooo surprised to hear he was in training. His service was above most we had encountered. His smile was welcoming and he was helpful in selection with my picky eaters and my food allergy. Miguel was helpful with our wine selection. He came and made it super easy. He seemed to mentor Francisco which was nice to see. Visit Lemon Fish. Had a great meal and great service. We loved our stay here at paradisus, the hotel is huge and has everything you would need in a resort. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond if needed. The resort is split into two different parts; adults only and family. It’s worth knowing that if you visit here with kids then you will be limited to only the pool and restaurant areas that are for families. which is about half of the resort. The food and drink options are great. The bars offer all branded alcoholic drinks and bartenders will generally make whatever cocktails you ask for. The many restaurants on the resort are great with a really wide choice of buffet and sit down options for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. We throughly enjoyed the ice cream parlour that had loads of different flavours to choose from and also a 24 hour coffee shop! Overall we loved our stay and would like to say a big thank you to Viviana on reception who was very helpful aswell!

We have 3 kids and had an amazing time! The resort is beautiful and the food was great. Nespresso lattes and gelato daily! My kids really enjoyed the pirate ship pool and water park. We loved our master swim-up suite- very spacious and the convenience of a pool right outside the door. Definitely get the family concierge package! Our concierge, Eduardo Gamboa, helped us with anything that we needed. He made all of our dinner reservations and accommodated us when we needed some changes. Eduardo left scavenger hunts in the room for the kids, yummy treats, presents, and wrapped up our stay with a bubble bath jacuzzi filled with balloon animals! I really enjoyed my aromatherapy massage at the spa as well. Overall, it was an amazing trip and we will definitely be back!!

Amazing Vacation with the family! Very well maintained resort with lots of activities for the kids. The kidsclub is amazing thank you Leaticia, Odette, Renee, Regina,Natalia, yessenia, yadira and carlota for taking care of the kids while we were enjoying our spa/massage and romantic dinners. We will definitely be back

Great stay !!!! All was amazing, room, beach, pool, room, service, people, restaurants, concierge (we had a family concierge experience and Emmanuel was so kind to us ) Nothing to complain !!! Planning for sure another visit and stay with you .
