Food was delicious, tried a little bit of everything. I have a soy sensitivity and they were very good about letting me know what contained soy. Mango green tea martini was tasty. Yakisoba was mouth wateri...ng.

Great Hibachi Experience at Momo!!! Our chef Jesus was too notch, and the staff was on point. It’s a great team effort. This is a quaint hotel for the Palace resorts…I think only Cozumel is smaller. The ...staff treats you like family, and always with a smile. OK so maybe not like family. ?? If you’re coming to Playacar, definitely hit Momo, and if you’re looking for a chain of resorts which provide a great experience, check out these guys.

Hats off to chef Aldo, best chef in the world, as the reputation in this resort goes ??He does offer amazing options in the buffet and he catered to us by providing fried plantains to our family. So exciti...ng! He then left it as part of the dishes available daily - we felt privileged. Ha! Thx Chef Aldo!!! Shout out to the waiters and waitresses too: Alexander, Israel, Elvia, Noemy, Edith, Ernesto at Momo, Guillermo, Damian on the grill, our hostessesStefania and Julianna. Paola Crespo the manager does a great job running that place! Love this place.

We just returned from another fantastic stay at Playacar Palace. The spectacular Fourth of July celebration was awesome. Let’s start with the entertainment: WOW. The dancers were phenomenal—energetic, pr...ofessional, and completely captivating. The show was thoughtfully curated with a great selection of music representing different genres from across the United States (country to hip hop, soul to rock, it was a musical journey)The performers did a phenomenal job involving the crowd—balloons flying into the audience, people up and dancing by the end of the night, and even joining the cast on stage! A particularly moving moment was when one of the performers delivered a heartfelt rendition of the U.S. National Anthem right before the fireworks began. The whole experience—from the first beat of music to the final burst of color in the sky—was simply unforgettable. Special shout-outs are in order for the incredible staff who made our 4th and stay so enjoyable:  Erik, Almendra, Daniela, Rodrigo (Activities pool). Daniel (gym). Yarely, Dana ,Linda (playroom). Xeomara.     We’ve stayed at Playacar Palace multiple times now, and each visit keeps getting better. This resort doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them with heart, energy, and genuine hospitality. Already planning our next visit! ????????
