Spent 4 nights after a month of travelling through Mexico. Super friendly staff, great food and entertainment. Roms were also very good (we chose the garden room but still great) We also stayed at the Hyatt in Cancun, and the Hilton was much better at half the price. Would highly recommend.
25th Anniversary Trip

My wife and I stayed here last week for our 25th wedding anniversary. The resort is beautiful and the food is very delicious. Our favorite restaurant was Kalamata but Asiana, Maria Petrona and Rincon Mexicano were also very delicious. The portion sizes are not that big so beware if you decide to share a plate it's just enough for one. The only thing I did not like about the restaurants is that there's an upsell. It's not entirely all inclusive if you want steak you're looking at between 50 and 90 bucks. The resort itself was very beautiful and clean. The room was magnificent. We had a little incident with coffee and juice taking long to be served, and we casually mentioned it to an employee at a later time. It wasn't a complaint just conversation. He relayed it the food manager in charge of all the restaurants.He made it a point to make sure we were happy with the service everywhere we went. I mean breakfast lunch and dinner he was there to see us daily wherever we were. It almost seemed like we were being tracked, (we were in a way) kind of weird, but I'm sure the intentions were on point and they meant well. Rest assured, if you are unhappy with something, the staff will make sure to make it right so I appreciated It. My hat goes off to Luis the manager for all the restaurants, he's definitely a man who knows how to lead. Only thing I wished they had was more night entertainment. We've been to several all inclusive resorts and they all had nightly shows. This resort is limited Overall my wife and I have decided we would definitely be back.
