We had a great first time. Hanging out in the pool was perfect. The food truck by the pool was great. All of our dinners were excellent. We enjoyed eating at Ginger so we went twice. The beach is beautiful....

We had excellent service and will definitely return! Our room was absolutely perfect in building 2 on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed sitting outside having coffee on the patio. The service was outstanding from ...the bellhops, cleaning/custodial, waitress/waiters, and the hospitality staff. The groundskeepers do an excellent job. I have no complaints. The French and Japanese restaurants were definitely our favorites. Don’t forget to stop by and get fresh churros at night. They are delicious!

This was our first time at this resort and it was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is well maintained and the activity team was great. The activities at the pool were fun. The room was we...ll kept and super clean. The food was very good. Ginger was our favorite and the Hacienda Mexican restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely consider returning here for our next trip.

The resort is a very beautiful and very well service, the cafe has good breakfast sandwiches and drinks, and the room service is always on top of cleaning rooms. very very clean and beautiful. felt very sa...fe and don’t have a single complaint.

This was my first all-inclusive experience and it was fantastic. All of the amenities and facilities were first class. I never once felt uncomfortable at the resort or disappointed in the quality of servic...e. Would highly recommend to anyone who is new to Mexico or the all-inclusive scene.
