Come visit Diego and Aberlando at the sunrise bar!! They are both kind, funny and make the best spicy margaritas!! Albino at Mar yTierra is the best server!! Everyone at the resort works really hard and makes the experience wonderful! suggestions. 1) favorite drinks: spicy margarita , cucumber smash, and strawberry mojito. 2) beach is lovely, bring water shoes to go in the water due to the rocks. There is a sand bar to stand on! 3) Go team is awesome( Pablo, Israel, Daniel and Sexy Isabel): bike ride, classes are fun. 4) 9 pm shows 5) sunset and the end of the beach past sunset bar. 6) we loved building 2, close to everything. 7) bring insulated cups. ?? bring dollars for tip- there is a atm on site that gives dollars. 8)don miguels for after dinner drinks and piano player. 9) bring conditioner. 10) Barrakuda Valentin Imperial for day trips. Leave at 7am back at 1pm. 11) ask for Albino at Mari Terra. 12) French was my favorite, husband loved hibachi. 13) sports bar has games:tic tac toe, jenga, backgammon. Enjoy !!

Our third visit to the Valentín was absolutely spectacular. Somehow it gets better every year (which says a lot as the bar was already set very high)! It was great to see so many familiar faces - both returning guests and the wonderful staff. We had the Prive package, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect vacation. Extra special shout out to Marco (Prive pool conceirge) - his customer service is fantastic! Also appreciated the energy from the Go Team, especially Isabel and Carlos! Food as always was excellent - many options depending on your preferences. Our favourites were Mar Y Tierra, La Hacienda and Ginger. The Le Marche buffet renovation is beautiful, and the food options were great. Cafe Sisal also remains a highlight - I recommend checking out their different snack options each day! Seeing the number of returning guests, and the consistent staff is a testament to the quality of the Valentín Imperial Maya. Can’t wait to return (hopefully sooner than later) for our fourth visit to our winter home away from home.

Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, you can relax at the golden pool or party at the big pool. This was our 3rd trip to the Valentin and we were there Dec. 2024 and the pool was fine for me but a bit cold for my wife. You won't regret staying here!

Heartiest welcome by butler of the privé club. Spacious room , very clean. The fridge was stocked and our welcome gift is worth mentioning: 4 bottles of Tequila,cheese platter and tons of fruit and chocolate. Food at La Hacienda is to die for! The buffet at Le Marché was also very good. Loved walking along the lush and well manicured gardens.There was also an environment friendly corner for wildlife. Lots of activities at the pool .I loved the morning yoga sessions, did some biking too. Got the opportunity to meet the amazing Dora , a resourceful PR.

Valentin Imperial has everything you want in a resort: beautiful nature, amazing food, and a great mix of relaxation and fun. The property feels like a tropical oasis with tons of greenery, wildlife, and little spots to explore. The food is incredible, with plenty of restaurants offering something for everyone, and it’s all done very well! The vibe is laid-back but lively. There’s always a party or something fun going on if you’re in the mood, but it’s easy to find quiet corners to chill, too. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the guests are just as friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. Makes you fall in love with your life! ??
