Please note from August 17th to December 15th, 2024, the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, will go through renewal works, replacing the pool’s coating with granite as well as the ceiling from the “La Laguna” restaurant will be replaced with synthetic palm. During this time, resort guests can enjoy unforgettable moments at Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa pool & water park.
Two restaurants “El Dorado” and “La Adelita” will be temporarily closed for refurbishment work from August 17th to November 15th. The theater of the resort will have refurbishment works and will reopen on December 6th 2024.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests.
Overview
The Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa is located in one of the most touristic areas in the Mexican Caribbean: the Mayan Riviera. Built on a beachfront estate of over 1.220.000 m2, this Resort offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea along an 800 meter long beach of fine, white sands.

A beautiful resort but the service, was lacking. When trying to contact the front desk, it would usually take multiple attempts as you would get hung up on. Mini bar in room, never restocked, had to contact staff multiple times to get simple things restocked like bottled water.

Ernesto, Hermalindo and Jair were amazing. The best. Their service is second to none. Very attentive and hospitable. Anytime we asked for food or drink they were right on top of it. They work tirelessly to ensure we are all taken care of. Absolute the best.
