Although I didn't think the hotel was that great, I did enjoy my stay. The hotel bar made my holiday a lot better. Miguel, Zully, Bryan and Nelson were great servers and did everything they could to give y...ou the best holiday. I don't normally go to the hotel bar that much but Miguel's presence and enthusiasm made me go back every night. One night he wasn't there and the bar was noticeably quieter, with much less entertainment, which was a shame.. but I would go back to the hotel just to see Miguel working behind the bar!

Staying here has been an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine kindness and warmth. Every detail—from the smooth check-in to the small personal touches in the... room—made me feel truly appreciated. As a pilot, I’ve stayed in many places around the world, but there’s something special about the hospitality here. It’s not just professional—it’s heartfelt. You can feel that the people truly care. Whether it’s a friendly smile in the hallway or the extra effort to make sure you’re comfortable after a long flight, their attention means a lot.

We love Zully! Zully has been the best dinner waitress during our trip! She is so friendly and kind and has helped us find places to see and has given the best advice. We are so happy to have met her. She ...has been one of the highlights of our vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard in Aruba. The staff is very accommodating and always happy to help. They offer a shuttle service (golf cart) that takes you to the beach, where chairs, umbrellas, an...d bottles of water are set up and waiting. The beach is also within walking distance if you prefer, but we never had a long wait for the shuttle. The staff communicates via walkie-talkie between the beach and the hotel, so the service is quick and seamless. Jose always greeted us warmly when we returned, helped call taxis, and made sure we knew how to get around. His friendliness and local knowledge made everything even easier and more enjoyable. Every morning we’d go to breakfast, and after the first day, our server Luis already knew what we liked—without us having to ask. That kind of attention to detail shows a high level of professionalism and truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Shoutout to Oscar at the pool bar as well—he remembered our drink preferences from day one and was always friendly and attentive. The property itself is well maintained, with a beautiful pool area and a great ambiance throughout. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect to come back to after a day at the beach. I didn’t catch any of their names, but the housekeeping staff, janitorial team, and others behind the scenes were always working hard to keep everything spotless and running smoothly. Their efforts definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our vacation even more special. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Had a great time at this resort. Everything is clean, breakfast was free and had a good variety of options. Water taste great, no need to buy water bottles. People were amazing. Special thanks to Jose, F...ranco, Glenn and Anderson for their great service.
