Great views, beach and family feel

Rooms were clean and spacious. Amazing views from the balcony. Never had to fight for a beach chair which is an added benefit. Many food options within walking distance although the sidewalks are a little ...sketchy. Bus stop right across the street though for easy access. Owner and son were always on site to welcome you, ask how your stay is which made you feel at home. Only downside, not for us, but should be noted, there are only stairs to access upper level rooms and the beach if you aren't on the ground floor. We would definitely stay there again!!
A great hotel

Tricky one this - I wanted to give 4.5 really! We were a little nervous about staying here after we found it and booked at fairly short notice after doing our research but was recommended against staying ...by a travel agent friend. However, we stuck to our guns and we're glad we did. It's certainly not a 5 star hotel but it's a good 3 star family run hotel with a long history. Our room was great and the ocean view was well worth it. It was clean but the only thing letting it down was a dated kitchen area decor and a 'scruffy' bathroom. None of it bad enough to recommend against a stay though - the only reason it lost a star to be honest. We commonly stay in 4 and 5 star accommodation and we loved it. Beach is okay. Yes there's seaweed and snorkelling isn't great but you can walk down to the boardwalk and also all the way to Bridgetown if you wish. We did both multiple times. Jake's over the road was a favourite for cocktails and we had a great lunch their too. All in all, go for it if you're considering it.
Coconut Court Beach Hotel

We stayed here for 8 nights in Feb/March. The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach, which has plenty of shade and sunbeds. The staff were always pleasant and were helpful in answering our ...questions both before arrival and during our stay. Our room was on the 4th floor, I think, one below the top floor. It was comfortable and a good size, with enough amenities to make breakfast. The view out to sea was lovely. The only downside was some noise from the road. If you wanted a quieter room (but with a lesser view), ask for a lower floor. We ate lunch in Charlies Bar most days and one dinner each in the hotel restaurants - Coco’s and Jakes (across the road), and these were absolutely fine. There are also restaurants nearby – Tapas and Naru (both 15 minutes walk) were excellent, as was Champers (30 minutes away). You need to book these ahead. One day we took Ted’s Tour around the island. Ted is part of the hotel family and provides a most interesting and enthusiastic commentary. Other days we walked along the beach to Rockley or the other way to the racecourse and the historic area. It was also easy to get into Bridgetown, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Still a beautiful hotel so relaxed yet still feels luxurious to me.

It has been a long time since we were at Coconut Court so always a bit nervous of returning to a place that holds so many wonderful memories but I shouldn’t have worried at all it is still the place of dre...ams. We had room 75 which is Road level at the front (don’t let the front put you off) and third floor overlooking the pool and beautiful beach. The room is lovely very spacious with a kitchen and shower room that are just perfect. We were room only so bought in breakfast and snacks from the local supermarket but we ate out in the evening sometimes at the hotel when they had entertainment nights which were fun and food amazing. We also ate out at Jakes opposite which is also connected to The coconut Court so all bills can be put on your room to settle at the end of your holiday. We also went to Blakeys at Rockley and Oistins..of course. The beach is beautiful with plenty of beds some people prefer the pool so the early morning crew are always out with their towels. There are around 40 beds around the pool. Charlie’s Bar on the beach is well shaded by lovely trees and a great sea breeze to keep you cool while you enjoy a lovely drink and/or lunch. Great staff sometimes come on the beach to take orders. Bars and restaurants all close early around 10pm and Happy hours only include cocktail of the day and local spirits which for me was the only negative during my wonderful week at Coconut Court and I will return. We had an issue with seaweed on the beach over the last few days which has no reflection on the hotel as nothing they could do about it coming in but perhaps more effort could be taken to clear daily.
So enjoyable that we've already re-booked for next year!

My wife's and my stay was most pleasant and therapeutic, due to very friendly and helpful staff dealing with all aspects of the hotel, very enjoyable entertainment, clean rooms made up for us each day etc,... all in a lovely beach setting. The staff had no problems addressing our requirements regarding food and drink, which we very much liked. Sometimes the background music, and that for the entertainment, was a little high for us, but usually the staff were able to lower the volume. Thank you!
