The staff were exceptional, to highlight a few. Michael the room director assured everything was at our finger tips checking in on a daily basis Hackeem the F&B manager was on point with his service, Nicole the pool attendant was always there ensuring we were good in all areas. It was a birthday celebration for me and your staff ensured it was well spent. 5 stars for your employees, keep up the splendid work team
A MUST STAY FAIRMONT ROYAL PAVILLION

Gracious and courteous staff, from the welcome arrival with a glass of champagne Jason (front desk) and Michael (room division manager) there was nothing they could not do to make our stay and other guests more the comfortable A must is a stay including Wednesday for the Managers Cocktail (JC Martinez) to mingle and make new friends. Bar staff, dining room staff, all attentive Buffet breakfast, probably the best on the island, do not miss the Sunday Brunch Concierge/bellmen always at the arrival door to greet the guests. This was our 10th visit to the Royal Pavilion and extremely highly recommended Much more friendly than the snooty staff from the hotel down the way
Quality customer service and a succulent dinner

The ambiance at Taboras restaurant created the perfect setting for a date night. As we arrivled a bit early for our dinner reservation, the friendly hostess invited us to relax in the lounge area as the table was being prepared. A welcoming surprise was the tastefull music performed by the band. Once seated at the table our amazing waitress Theresa who was filled with engergy and laughter definitely ensured a great night was had. She definitely got my award for quality customer service. To the culinary team, my hats off to you for preparing such a flavorful salmon dish and a soft yet juicy chicken breast...
Tired

We had access to beach club as staying at a nearby villa. Hotel is very tired looking and a lot of the sand has washed away. Nothing like the photos. Whole place looks tired and dated. Disappointing but glad we aren’t staying here. Staff were friendly enough.
A Perfect Paradise

The perfect paradise. Love, love loved it. An outstanding experience and I I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our stay included a first time experience of Hurricane Beryl and every precaution to keep us safe was carried out. Nothing was too much trouble for any help or guidance.
