Thank you for a beautiful bajan break at The Crane. The beach was crazily gorgeous....we laughed every morning as we felt the soft white sand beneath our toes and heard the crash of the waves on the shore. The pools, bars and restaurants on site were perfect. Shout out to Zen; you may not think you need Thai food in Barbados- trust me you do! The duck was melt in the mouth delish. Also Cedric, Jonte, Sonia at The Azure, Suzanne and Jason at The Carriage house gave exceptional service.This was in keeping with the traditional welcome given by such a classic historic hotel. I could go on but won't...don't hesitate just book! I hope we get a chance to visit again but if not will always treasure our week in paradise! Thank you. Happy Christmas. Diolch yn fawr xxx

The staff were very personable & attentive to all of our inquiries. Karen, in the front office, was very accommodating & considerate on our final morning when we had a special request. The resort was large enough we didn’t feel the need to travel outside of it. Beach & pool chairs were always available. Food & drink were excellent at every location we tried.

Karen at the front desk is fantastic We had an excellent cleaner and the restaurant staff and everyone really are outstanding. The weather was great the BBQ was good with music and entertainment and we always have the Sunday Buffet which we booked from the UK as it was my Wife’s Birthday Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable Adrian Richardson

The employees are simply amazing!! In every area the staff is attentive and caring, but the Bellmen and Front Desk Reps really stand out. The property is beautiful and convenient with activities to engage your time. The food is great with a variety of culinary experiences. And on-site transportation makes it so easy for local shopping.

I went to the Crane Resorts through Hilton Grand Vacations and found the place to be magnificent. Right on the east coast with a beautiful and serene beach. Excellent restaurants with a wide variety of food choices, most overlooking the beach from the cliff. They had an adult only pool which is a great plus, but also cascading pools that were a wonderful addition. The staff are superb in responding to requests for assistance, and also wonderful at making recommendations. Had phenomenal restaurant recommendations for Barbados neighborhoods. The concierge was very helpful in arranging a Catamaran cruise, a tour of Mt Gay Rum, the oldest continuous rum distillery in the world, and for island tours. Cannot say enough about how wonderful my first trip to Barbados was. Will definitely be back and will stay at the Crane Resorts for sure. I had a garden one-bedroom apartment with my own pool - it was superb and private although there were many options all around me. Next year it will be a one-bedroom ocean view.
