Great resort for divers. Tanks ready to go all the time for the two house reefs and tanks ready to go for truck pick up! Didnt get to go on any boat dives but the crew at toucan diving is great! Resort is beautiful and right on the water. Relaxing on the beach at the resort after a day of diving was just perfect!

Absolutely fabulous dive trip! The resort is lovely and will soon be even more so. They are doing lots of work and I imagine next time I visit it will be even better. My room was a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable so I had no problem with that. The bed was reasonably comfortable - not the best I've experienced but certainly not the worst. My one critique was the pillows. They were too soft and mushy. Thankfully I brought my memory foam travel pillow (don't leave home without it!) so I was fine. The buffet was outstanding as well - excellent food 3x per day. The diving was top notch! Toucan Dive Center is excellent: they have a good dive shop, plenty of items for rent if you need anything, and a good tank room where you can reserve nitrox tanks for shore dives. The shop then drives the tanks to the beach for you. They have a great house reef for shore dives and also have boats to take you to other dive sites. We had 2 boat dives each day plus 1 or sometimes 2 shore dives. Absolutely the best diving of my life (but admittedly I'm still a newbie). Special mention for our dive masters Bram, Steph, Michael, Chris and Michelle for our night dive - they are so professional and skilled, yet tons of fun! Their passion for diving plus helping you improve your skills was highly appreciated! Also thanks to our boat captains, E.T. and Lawrence (night dive)! All in all it was a wonderful & memorable week and I cannot wait to come back - thank you!

Very nice hotel, and good location. I enjoyed the hotel. Great for groups. One hotel where everthing on property.

Lots of upgrades, including a very nice restaurant facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many projects are still underway, and some maintenance of grounds and older rooms need attention. Looking forward to another visit in a couple of years to see how things look then. Very enjoyable stay, Toucan Dive Bonaire team makes it more than worthwhile to stay at the Plaza Resort. The team at TDB is knowledgeable, engaging, and fun to dive with.

Nice resort great location second time staying here and really enjoyed. The rooms are in need of renovation which our understanding is next on the list. The new Lobby area was just opened and it is very nice many updates going in with construction during the day but really did not notice the snorkeling right out front was very good will absolutely go back
