Beautiful hotel and very nice staff but sad dolphin exhibit and food/alc just okay

The staff was outstanding, and the hotel itself was clean and beautifully maintained. While some of the restaurants had good food, the alcohol was pretty bad. Lastly, the dolphin exhibit was very upsetting—the dolphins are kept in tight quarters on the beach, which I find ethically wrong. A resort can be wonderful without involving animals for a part of their entertainment, so I feel the need to lower my rating for this reason.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful 6 night experience at the Dreams/Secrets hotel. The service was amazing and went out of their ways to accommodate any requests. We stayed at Secrets but spent most of the time over at the Dreams property. The highlight of the trip was sitting at the Grotto Pool Bar and meeting Alan! He was absolutely fantastic and made sure we always had a full drink! 10/10 would recommend this property for the amazing service.
