Just left there yesterday. The hotel is beautiful as are the grounds. The employees are wonderful. Some of the ones that made a great impression on us are Veronica in the lounge bar, Vanessa in the buffet, Jose in the lobby, Ines the cleaning lady, Edgar, Ruben and Alejandro in the entertainment group. These are just a few of the ones that I can remember. Everyone there was delightful and professional, even the maids that cleaned our rooms. Chef Daniel visited with us at breakfast one morning, very nice to chat with us about the food. The specialty restaurants were very good. Please give recognition to these fine employees. They are an asset to your company.

Veronica was amazing with her service and care toward us. Loved ?? having her attend to us daily… very nice friendly and polite young lady would defo be yelling other customers here how remarkable she is and hope ah wis appreciated as much as we values her
