Huge thank you to Alejandro, Miguel and Rodrigo at the pool!!! They made sure we were taken care of everyday. Ensuring we had enough towels, comfortable seats, umbrellas. Whatever we needed they were there... to help. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful. We will be back 100%!

Alejandro and Rodrigo the pool concierge at the hideaway pool made our entire trip! Could not thank them enough for all that they did! Had us set up with a cabana all week. They always checked in and made ...sure we had everything we needed & more. Yessi at the hideaway pool bar was also amazing always had us stocked up on drinks we never had to move from our cabana. Resort was beautiful, food was amazing in our opinion and staff were always so pleasant. Clean resort & rooms. Any requests were always full-filled quickly. Only downside was the location of the resort & the beach but it was expected as we had done our research beforehand. Because of the exceptional service at the hideaway pool we really felt like we weren’t missing anything. By far one of the best resorts I’ve been to in years.

The service at Agave restaurant was phenomenal and the food was delicious! We had Pedro as our server, and he was so attentive and brought a sense of humor to the experience on top of providing excellent a...ppetizer recommendations. The fajitas were delicious and the cocktails were plentiful. We wanted to go back again the next night!

Yurl, Jesus, Leonardo made our poolside days unforgettable! They are super hard workers and genuinely wanting to make our days better. We were super happy to see them every morning knowing that we would... be well taken care of all day with whatever we needed!

Since the moment i arrived no one gave us the welcome, they were super busy on the check in, they send us somewhere with an alarm to let us know we were next, to not wait there we waited 40 minutes and tha...t didn’t ring or anything we went back and someone told us. Why you took so long!? We were looking for you! When our little gadget that they gave us to let us know didn’t made any noise or something, super rude the bell boy, at the check in they didn’t and never told us what type of unit we were getting after i got a free upgrade, no waiters i stayed at spring break and as well in the bars they were exceeded with understaff to attend everyone, abandoned glasses of drinks in every corner of the hotel including the pools, dinner was ok, very nice people, the hotel was super full they were over exceeded no service, late, full trash cans they were flooded, and plates of food all over the floors and hall ways to the rooms!
