We had a great week at the Hideaway Royalton. The highlight was the exceptional attention we received from butlers (Diamond) Jocelyn and Victor. Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Every details w...as looked after and we were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Certainly made a huge difference to our trip. The resort is large, food options plentiful, lots of pools and beach is huge! Food probably a 3 - 4 star in general areas (buffet) and some exceptional choices on a la cartes. Really enjoyed the Bistro and the Steakhouse. We would go back for sure. Definitely do the Diamond upgrade. Ask for Jocelyn and Victor they were fabulous. Kudos.
