The entertainment team was truly amazing! They did such a great job getting guests to engage in all activities. They really enhanced our experience at the resort. All the staff were so friendly and helpfu...l. The grounds were well maintained. We will definitely be back.

The star team has been so kind and entertaining. Especially Jerry/Gerry/Gerardo who took the time to have breakfast with my mom and I today (US Mothers day). He works hard and always has a smile on his fac...e! Always looking forward to the activities.

We enjoyed our stay at WAVES. The scuba diving was fantastic and the resort is centrally located near all the best reefs. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were good. T...he rooms were a little rustic but clean and nice. Our concierge, Natalie was a great help. Guest services were attentive to our needs. Manolo, the yoga instructor was a very good instructor. Reyes made great drinks at the beach bar. Juan, Jose, Carlos, Wendy, Maria, Jorge made our stay a good one.

The best resort ever. My husband and I have stayed at this resort numerous times. We go back every year. The staff,cleanliness, food, activities, bars, theaters, concierge service, excursions. All five sta...rs on everything. We love it…..

We traveled as a couple. We had a garden room and it was very quiet and peaceful on the grounds. The beach is pretty and does have rocks. Make sure to bring water shoes. The dive shop has an intro discover...y scuba adventure you can sign up for if you have not ever been scuba diving, or it has been a really long time, this is a wonderful experience. We had never been scuba diving until we went here. We loved it. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need. There is not any plastic bottles allowed so you need to use the glass water bottles provided. The food was average to this type of all inclusive resort in Mexico. The best part is the beach bar and beach snack shack . You can get burgers, hot dogs, fries etc.. that was nice, and the drinks were good. We met many friendly people. This resort has a lovely jungle beach vibe. We loved all the birds and flamingos hanging out on the property. We would go back to this resort in the future.
