This resort was wonderful. Small enough to walk everywhere. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome!! Want to give a special shout out to Hector, Odalys and Alejandra for there remarkable care and attention they provided to us throughout our entire trip!

Diego, Julio and Jorge and Chef Pablo were amazing! We are a group of 12 celebrating a milestone birthday of a loved one. We arranged with reception to have two special dinners for our group and they certainly delivered and surpassed our expectations!

The overall experience was great. Jesus with kids club did an outstanding job of engaging our 7 and 9 year old. They would be excited daily to see him. The entire kids club out did themselves. I would highly recommend the hotel and all inclusive. The beach was outstanding.

If you want a variety of the hotel’s restaurant choices make sure you register for the Royal level. You will be responsible for getting yourself to and from the airport either in the shared van service to the hotel or by taxi back to airport. Use the independent contractors wearing the blue shirts just outside the airport for the van service. It was $15 in the van. Taxis are more expensive. Jorge a concierge was very helpful getting us a private guide to tour around Cozumel. There are many dive operators.
