From start to finish Kindred at the front desk made our stay everything!!! With his kindness, warmth and “can do” attitude he aimed to please. It’s all about hospitality and guest experience and kindred ex...celled in those qualities!!! Our ocean room was gorgeous on the 32nd floor, steakhouse Prime was excellent, great food and cocktails. Very accommodating and staff was super nice and pleasant, Mirella in the Point Royal restaurant was lovely and greeted us every morning with a smile. Overall a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Parking bridge is not available, did not mention that online. There’s noise and construction going on. Also did not mention online. Front desk Stephanie bad attitude and Merslise said she will take care of... the parking and I was still charged. After taking showers the floor in the bathroom was soaked, we slipped a couple of times. Had to use our towels to dry the floors, there was so much water leaking out from the shower. Overall will not be coming back.

I booked a stay at The Diplomat for my parents’ anniversary, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Joe, the concierge, who helped me make their experience truly unforgettable. Joe was in communication wit...h me to ensure every detail was perfect, from arranging a beautiful cheese platter and a bottle of champagne to making sure a personalized card was waiting in their room. His attention to detail and dedication truly made all the difference, and because of Joe, I will definitely be booking another stay at The Diplomat. Thank you, Joe, for making my parents’ special day even more memorable!

beautiful hotel on the beach but what sets them above is their customer service,,, This review is from back in Feb 2025 and I was there for a medical conference and even though i had just returned from vac...ation in Puerto Rico when I checked in I felt I was still on vacation, the hotel is steps from the beach and absolutely gorgeous property and the conference couldnt have been help anywhere nicer. I want to say though what prompted me to write a review was Jacqueline Penny and her customer service I had an issue unrelated to hotel from conference months later and her grace and helpfulness and kindness to resolve with me were unparalleled, just when I thought customer service had become a lost art she reminded me its not!!!!! Well done Diplomat I am hard to please

The Best hotel on the beach!!! The Diplomat is an amazing property because of the amazing staff and attention to detail. As soon as you walk through the front doors you have the sense that you are somewh...ere special.... then you are greeted by the front desk which goes out of its way to make your stay perfect. The new renovations at the Diplomat are spectacular...love the outdoor bar. Can't think of a better property for conventions and family vacations!!!!
