The room itself was fine. We checked in on a Tuesday night and left on Saturday. We never had housekeeping the entire time we were there. We had to find the housekeepers to get clean towels. I think the... towels were as old as the hotel. The location was good.

Our stay at The Flamingo Hotel was just okay... but the location was great. The room was clean, but the old brown couch was stained, the bathtub had a constant drip, the bathroom sink was backed up, the co...ffee table had paint off the entire top edge where people probably put their feet, the thermostat had a large crack in it but worked fine, the shower floor was extremely slick and no grab bar and the sink was not draining upon arrival and it had a foul odor. We were only there for 2 nights and didn't want to bother with maintenance coming. I will say that the shower was hot and the water pressure was great! We dined at Gordon Ramseys burger place and had a reasonably good meal. Overpriced burger, truffle fries, queso corn dip, beer, and lemonade for $100 without gratuity. Our server Kelly was top-notch! He made our meal memorable, and the outdoor dining was fun for people watching, too. We saw a concert at the Sphere and enjoyed the 20-minute easy walk from the hotel. We didn't have to bother with the long taxi lines after the show and felt very safe walking back after dark. In all, the express check-in and check-out were easy and relatively fast, self parking was also good, and the distance from parking garage to hotel was fine as well. If the room had presented better, I would have given more stars. It's time to refresh and update so the experience matches the online pictures!

We were not pre advised that the adults pool was not open. Several days the room was not cleaned and we were charged for a late checkout and didn’t receive it. Overall the experience and service was poor. ...The other couples in our group experienced the same issues

Unfortunately, I was given a room next to the elevator banks which are quite loud. Woke up every hour or so. When I mentioned this at check out, zero effort was made to resolve the matter to any level of... satisfaction. They seem to understaffed the desk, so you don't really get any sort of personal touch during interactions. Seems geared towards a minimum viable product, rather than a special experience. The hotel is in a good location, but is otherwise disappointing - at least this time around.

Stayed in flamingo room with strip view. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Had a great view of Bellagio fountains. Parking in the garage was easy and ...close. RuPauls drag race was an excellent show to see within the hotel. And the flamingos and rest of the outdoor habitat was beautiful!
